I bought a Stihl leaf blower from Ace Hardware almost a year ago. It's still under a 4- year warranty, for which I paid extra. I've used it 4-5 times and on its last deployment, the cord rewind mechanism failed. I brought it to Ace and they refused to repair it under warranty (I've ended my days of shopping there, for good!). I turned to the only other authorized Stihl repair shop in town, Big John's. The gentleman at the front counter was not only extremely courteous, he actually repaired the blower right then and there - no charge. I'll bring my business to Big John's at every opportunity. On delivery day Brian and his crew were prompt and professional, placing our hot tub perfectly. After delivery our home builder completed the install and wiring. 3 days later... no heat. What good is a cold jacuzzi!? After reading the owner's manual cover to cover we called Brian ( the owner). "See you tomorrow"was his immediate response... no argument, no hedging. He arrived exactly on time the next day and started testing the jacuzzi electric panel. After 2 minutes he found a single wire plugged into the wrong blade connector. Bingo! We got heat! It was a factory screw up. Very rare according to Brian. Product support is crucial! Brian and Oasis are always available. He gave us his cell number and he answers it!!! I called back end of July and no one knew anything about the order. I kept following up on the order and they would promise call backs but would never call us back. Then they said it was in transit, but nothing ever came of it. When I finally called the Missoula location, they let me know that it had never been ordered. The Kalispell location took our money and did not even place the order. After so many calls, they still did nothing to place the order. When I spoke to Brian the manager about this, he did not apologize, instead he was rude and hung up the phone on me. I have never ever dealt with this bad of customer service in my life. I am in disbelief that they are still in business. We will be letting all of our family & friends know that they make promises and take your money and do nothing to provide a product or service.

I came on a Friday night and there was a DJ playing so it was loud, but lots of locals there. Met a lot of fun people and had a lot of fun.
