I found another issue and they sent someone to the house to fix a belt that got cut and needed replacing. Fixed at home and it works like a charm again. Highly recommend them for your service!

A week later got it out to fuel it up it had oil leak where the two halves of the housing go together took it back 3 weeks later they said it was done went to pick it up [should not be any charge it was a come back ]but they tried to charge another3000 dollars on top of the 7800dollars they charged the first time when I cussed them like the thieving basturds they are they came down to 1444.92. After buying my mower, they offered to wash it before it got delivered it to my house. I had came back shortly after my 50 hr service was needed. they didn't hesitate to take my mower in and make it high priority. Elmer is an amazing service rep. he told me the guys should be able to complete my mower if I were to go have lunch. (30ish mins). so that's what I did. had lunch and came back to a serviced mower that looked cleaner now then when I dropped it off. outstanding job River Valley. you earned a life time customere!!!!!!!

Never got a call back on it and the man I dropped it off to left the company and no one knows where my bow is or any paperwork on it and told me I'm just SOL on my bow. Got in touch which the guy I dropped it off too and immediately stopped answering questions about it when I told him my name. They refuse to make it right and manager got a horrible attitude towards me when I talked to him about it basically telling me it's my own fault because I have been busy and didn't keep calling about it to check on it. Even after having several witnesses say they saw me drop it off to them they refuse to reimburse me for my bow or make it right in any way. I would NEVER leave a bow or firearm at this place to get work done if I was you. Never seen such horrible business practices or customer care in my life!

Needed a driver's side interior door handle on my SUV. I explained that I had the part already but…read moredidn't have tools back from storage yet. A-Team Mobile Mechanix responded quickly and was happy to do it. Price for their stated (see text) was very high and he brought the labor cost down a little bit. We discussed days and I told him several days but today, Wednesday March 27th was good too. This morning I received a text saying he could have someone here this evening around 6 and the price of labor is at $175/hour (still outrageous to me but I needed it done) + taxes. His mechanic was here at exactly 7 (which was fine) and had it installed within 20 minutes, using my provided part. First invoice I received was for a whopping $208.78 (included in it was $17.50 for parts that I provided!) I texted him back reminding him that I had provided the part and it needed to be removed from the invoice. He agreed to do that but he added it was for "supplies" like gloves (none were used by the way) and other things that normal businesses factor into their cost per hour (something he disputes). I received the adjusted invoice though for $189.88 . I want to add that they were very nice, helpful and quick to respond. But with all of this in mind I thought they are extremely expensive and need to adjust their business model to bake in their supply costs with their high cost per hour.
