Since I was flying out of town on Thursday July 31st, I called them to see if my repairs were complete. They said it would take a couple more days. I arrived back in town on Wednesday August 6th (three weeks after I originally turned in my truck) and called my wife and they said it would be done that afternoon. They called me back the afternoon of August 6th and said the repairs were complete. When I got there to pick it up, much to my surprise, when I inspected my truck, it was not finished. One of the primary pieces that was. supposed to have been replaced, the chrome step $723, had not been replaced. Yes it was on listed on the Job order/and final bill. Also, the truck had not been cleaned up and ready to drive out. They said it would take another two days. I finally got to pick it up at 4pm on Friday August 8th, 24 days after I had taken it to Sorrells body shop. The one positive note, the secretary Rose was very kind and considerate.

The vehicle was at our house and Ramon came out and did the job in about 2 hours and only charged him about $250.00 we furnished part (s). We had him fix fuel pump & power steering leak on one vehicle and change brake pads on another and I've never seen anyone do such quick and wonderful work and the price charged for each vehicle was so low! I was shocked!!! I won't mention price because I don't know if he just charges as how much work is involved in fixing the problem and how far he has to travel, but trust me- you will be VERY pleased!!! I called around to several shops at home for quotes and they wanted to charge close to $2k to replace the parts, which I knew was way too expensive. My family lives in Clarksville and highly recommended Murders (and their quote was over $1k cheaper than what my local shops wanted to charge me!) so I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance and drove in to Clarksville from OKC. It was a great experience all around! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and we reviewed the work I needed done again, and they let me know that they'd take a couple of extra hours after they'd finished replacing the parts to run the car in the shop and drive it around to make sure that everything worked fine. I thought it was awesome that they were taking the time to double check the work, that was a great reassurance for me since it was such a big job. I picked it up and drove it back home to Oklahoma the same day, and it runs perfectly! I'm very glad to have gotten in to a place that does great work for honest prices. Highly recommend to anyone, local or not, thats looking for a good mechanic!
