The staff here has always been super helpful and friendly. I don't get to stop in but usually once a year when I ride through, but I've purchased gloves, boots, patches and other accessories from them and I've never had a poor experience here. Took six days, instead of the one day that they promised. Removed a motor with 300 miles that didn't need repair, and replaced it with an older motor with twice the miles without asking permission. Returned the bike in pieces. Were rude over the phone, didn't answer calls, and then were unavailable when the bike was brought back in order for them to replace the missing parts they neglected to reattach. This place is the WORST!
