Joe the manager is always available and willing to assist you in any way possible. They work diligently to find you the best quality that fits into your budget. Latest purchase was a mattress for my mother, she never could get comfortable when sleeping. Called Joe and based on our purchase and time purchased he had my mom come to the store and select another mattress for exchange. They helped my mom by pointing out she had selected the wrong firmness and suggested a better comfort level mattress to meet her needs. Best furniture store in Russellville by far!

Then when confronted about it, they said they never said it nor laughed about it. My mother fell in love with a recliner there and was waiting for me to get there so we could buy it for her. Needless to say we went to Hank's across the street and bought a recliner there. Rude, racist and employees and management and then lied to my face when they said they didn't say, hear or laugh at the nasty comments made about my family and I.
