They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. I'm in love with my new counters, now I want to redo my kitchen counters, too!!! I highly recommend PSI Tops. They were very friendly and made this easy, clean, and quick. Very well priced, as well! Two thumbs up!!!! Also, if you're wondering which top this is, it's the Calacatta Luna solid surface countertops.

We are in the process of a pretty big remodel and was happy to walk through the doors. The receptionist was pleasant, greeted us, and asked how she could help. We told her we were looking for design ideas for tiling our new fireplace. She sent Chanelle to meet us in the tile area. We really enjoyed our time with Utah Design Center. Chanelle showed us some awesome tile and advised we visit DalTile and Esmer for samples. While at the Utah Design Center, we also got excited about lighting because of the various displays about the store. We asked Chanelle about various lighting options. We also asked Chanelle if the Utah Design Center offers general design consultancy. She said yes, they offer by-the-hour consultancy services - very cool! When we got home, we talked about the myriad of options and decided we really do want professional assistance to help establish a cohesive vision across textures, colors, shapes, designs, etc. So, I called the Utah Design Center, spoke with the receptionist, and asked for Chanelle. I left a voice message. A couple days later, I hadn't heard anything, so called again. I spoke with the receptionist, asked for Chanelle, and left a voice message. We never received a return phone call. I don't mind calling a second time when my first call is not returned, but there will not be a third. I have to say, there is no excuse to not return phone calls, let alone two. I mean, isn't this where it all starts? My wife and I were really excited after our visit and, frankly, we were surprised we did not hear back. Thank goodness there are a lot of really good designers in the area. We are working with someone else and are thrilled the direction our project is heading.

I trust Underfoot so much, I had zero trepidation and only gratitude when Deborah was able to get Nate, a fantastic wood professional to come by and access the damage. Nate went above and beyond to make sure my house was safe while I was away. He even went and bought replacement batteries for one of his tools to measure moisture and returned to my house to look at floor content. He then went into the crawl space to check for water. Nate is another five star employee. Who really showed genuine concern and the ultimate professional. Matt is just as dedicated. He is working with me to replace and refinish. His knowledge and experience is vast. I appreciate how flexible and committed he is to providing the best product and working with my concerns. ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*…read more Initial Complaint Date: 10/09/2025 Type: Service or Repair Issues Status: UnansweredMore info On July 10, 2025 we paid in advance the full amount of $6,817.86 per contract to Remodel Express to have a portion of our hickory wood floor replaced in our kitchen due to flooding. This also included having our kitchen, dining room, living room, front entry way, and hallway sanded, re-stained and polyurethaned to all match. Remodel Express hired a subcontractor, ******, who had two installers come and do our floors. It was expressly discussed with ****** and ******** that we had custom floors and our number 1 concern was to keep the character of the floors and avoid sanding too much off making the floor look like a gymnasium floor. ****** inspected and said that they would just sand down about 1/16th of an inch, just enough to remove the old finish but keep the hand scraped appearance around the edges. His guys came and promptly sanded our floors past the 1/16" th which the guy stated that he sanded them way down because our floor was not level, but it was flat and level now! He did not ask in advance I explained that we had agreed to only sand 1/16th of an inch but that he went too far and sanded out all the hand scraped edges and character of the boards leaving a tightly fitted floor which we did not want. He then told us that he could fix it with a special rotary tool (skill saw) but would have to bring it the following day. He stained the floor and then used his "rotary tool" and ran random, sloppy wide 1/4" gaps randomly all over our floor leaving crooked, splintered, burned and separated areas that looked horrible. He did not even transition the doorways and instead just rubbed stain across without even blending. He commented that his nephew was drunk on the last day and did not show up to help and he was in a hurry for another job and left without notifying us. We complained and the companies both came out and agreed that our floor was poorly done and they would collaborate and get back to us. It has been 4 weeks and they have not returned my calls or texts.
