Each time, I simply submitted a request through their online portal, and Linda Green ensured someone was sent out within one business day. There was also an annual fire inspection scheduled while I was away on a business trip--special thanks to Rafael for stopping by just to take care of it. -- Move-out Process -- When we secured a new rental, the new management company needed a reference from Action Properties. Takako Dumlao went above and beyond--she stayed late at the office just in case the call came. Takako also fought for our security deposit. We owe her a lot. I found Altos through our insurance broker and was connected with Justin. Justin made it extremely easy for us to move off Belong and in with Altos. Their management fee is very competitive, over one percent less than what Belong was taking. So far every interaction with Justin has been positive and I feel he is actually caring for my tenants so they no longer feel pressured to leave (like they were with Belong). All the service requests that have been made by tenants are taken care of quickly, and I don't feel that I have to oversee them anymore. Their contractors are top notch too. They are giving me reasonable quotes for work and I no longer have to worry that I'm going to be charged $400+ just to change a lightbulb. I cannot recommend Altos more.

Many of the surrounding residents have spoken to BT Properties and they are unwilling to do anything to help. Instead, they say that we need to take the matter up with the police. The apartment we rent (for a substantional amount) has numerous maintenance issues that are not being resolved. Leaking water, faulty bathroom, mold, bad heaters, clogged gutters, and MUCH more. We are counting the days until our lease is up and we can leave this disrespectful property manager. Whomever the actual owner of this location is needs to wake up and get a better property manager. I am amazed that a property manager could be so myopic and treat good residents with such disrespect. I hope this review helps prospective residents and owners to steer clear of this organization.
