The district manager contacted the store with the info she found and smoothed the way for replacements. I don't blame the store personnel, since I didn't have the receipt (but I didn't expect the shoes to fall apart so fast). But they have a long time customer from here on out. I was impressed at how many name brands they carry. Such as New Balance, Hoka, Sketchers, Asics, Nike, Birkenstocks, Timberlands, just to name a few. All at a very reasonable price. A well lit store with wide aisles and plenty of benches makes this a pleasant experience to purchase a pair of shoes. They also have a limited selection of various t shirts, bags, socks and tumblers with a small accessory section. The associates were all very nice and helpful. Definitely worth checking out.
