They located my receipt from my CC details I provided. Emailed, and then called me back that day. The district manager contacted the store with the info she found and smoothed the way for replacements. I don't blame the store personnel, since I didn't have the receipt (but I didn't expect the shoes to fall apart so fast). But they have a long time customer from here on out. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and supportive padded shoes and slides to avoid walking barefoot are critical. I find their Sketchers and firm foam slides just the ticket. THANKS AGAIN.

"Y'all" is for folks outside our my glorious state. Both are acceptable depending the situation. But, why would I seek out clothing this far from home? Curiosity I suppose; I mean what are yall wearing that I don't have at my local western shops. Turns out there was some different styles available. In Texas, half the Wrangler wear is the George Strait line (and for good reason). Saw a few things I hadn't seen before. Main reason I drove over is the GF is looking for a pair of Luccesse boots; noting there website saying they carry them. One pair in the entire store! So, no they really don't. But, it was a fun adventure none the less. Nice folks that didn't sigh or give evil stares as we arrived just before closing. Would visit again.

I got a great pair of boots at a really good price. The staff seems young (maybe I'm old) but they are not only very friendly and ask if you need help, they are also very helpful and very knowledgeable about the boots they carry. Gave me pointers on how to ensure I get the proper size and fit. Have lived in the area for years and can't believe I just now stumbled upon this place.
