Like Bill above me said, they are chronically overbooked. I had to book an appointment three weeks ahead. What's worse, though, is that I suspect the people at the front desk are incompetent. When I made my appointment over the phone, they asked for my insurance info. I gave them the number and all the info they asked for. Did they say there were any problems? Nope. Cut to three weeks later and of course now when I come in for my appointment, they tell me that my insurance isn't accepted there. So why didn't the they tell me that when I gave them my insurance info three weeks ago?! Oh, it's my fault because I didn't tell them the specific name of my insurance plan. Did they ask for it? No! Could they have seen the name of it when I gave them the insurance number? Of course. Did they bother to? Nope! They don't listen and they don't care. And speaking of not listening, I stipulated over the phone that I was not coming in for a physical, yet when I asked how much the visit would be without insurance, the first thing he says is, "Oh, for a physical it's going to be....," idiot! I can't speak for the doctor, and I may still be wrong, but to me the front desk, at least, looks to be a bunch of incompetent morons. I went in to see about my high blood pressure, and because of their stupidity, mine is going through the roof right now! read more
