All this location cares about is the patient to make a payment. Once that was done, I was greeted…read moreby the nurse who took my vitals, then after 20 mins sitting the doctor came in and said he couldn't help me. I had a severe stomach ache. He seemed very stressed and not willing to help. Gave no explanation or guidance. No empathy. No prescription. The health system is truly saddening.

I came in and told the lady I'm having a reaction I have hives everywhere my chest is heavy. She told me to scan a code and sit. It took them 30 minutes to check me in and couldn't find my insurance. So I had to Pay for a normal visit $150. Then when I was inside I got my vitals and then went to the room where we waited about her 20 minutes for a 4 minute doctor visit. Thank god I took an antihistamine the moment I got in the car and did my albuetrol because there was no sense of urgency with the staff. The front desk took their time having private conversations instead of helping or checking me in or showing any sense of urgency. Now I have to fight with my insurance to get refunded. Also the lobby looks nice and well kept. But the exam rooms are beat up. I went in and the room was dirty. Wrapper on the floor. A roll of gauze on the counter.

I have insurance, but I do not have a primary care physician IRL. I use my insurer's virtual care…read moreoption and it works for 99% of the issues I have. This week, however, I had an ear infection that needed in person attention. MD Now is "in network" and available for the low, low /s/ co-pay of $75. I was truly miserable, so off I went. I tried to do the on line check in to "save" time but lo and behold... they had an appointment available immediately, so they had called my name while I was still en route to their location. Not a problem, there was only 1 person in front of me when I arrived. Wait time - less than 10 minutes. I met with both a doctor and a nurse, got diagnosed, got an ear lavage (DO NOT try that at home, folks!) and got a prescription for antibiotics and ear drops. Total round trip time, including stopping at CVS to pick up the meds, was 2 hours. I had been dizzy, ill and without hearing in one ear for a week. A quick trip here and all of my problems were solved! I felt about 10 pounds lighter exiting this place (that could have been the weight of all of the gunk they blasted out of my ear!). The only negative was the front desk staff was a little brusque, especially considering that most customers are not going to be operating at full capacity, but honestly, most of the interaction I had was with the medical personnel, who were proficient and caring.

Did online check in for a faster process, despite being first in line i watched for two hours as…read moreother patients went ahead of me.
