He was one of three businesses that I contacted for estimates. He was courteous and professional and told me that he would send me an estimate later in the day or Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I called the office and asked the receptionist if I could speak with Nick. She was just about to transfer me when she asked for my number and Nick would call me shortly. It is now Thursday and I have heard nothing from Nick or anyone from Beavers Contracting Services. This lack of contact speaks volumes about the lack of professional integrity of Nick and the company he represents. If they are this unresponsive to a potential customer, it casts a big shadow on their efficiency, quality of work, and professionalism. I always try to go with locally owned businesses, and I will find a company that is reliable and trustworthy. It will not be Beavers Contracting Services.

Not only was the quality of his work excellent, but his professionalism and attention to detail truly set him apart. After completing the pressure washing, Isaac personally walked me around the entire house and pointed out every area he had cleaned and addressed. I really appreciated the time he took to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work. When I asked if he could also clean the stucco window sills around the house, he gladly took care of them, and they came out looking great. Another detail that impressed me was that he didn't leave any mess behind. He took the extra step of removing all the standing water from my porch and deck, leaving everything clean, safe, and ready to use. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond for their customers. If you're looking for a reliable, professional pressure washing company, I highly recommend Premier Pressure Washing, and be sure to ask for Isaac. You won't be disappointed!

Donna, who manages their office, is fantastic--scheduling is always quick and easy. The team is consistently punctual and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. I read one man's negative review he left, and I have to say, our experiences have been nothing like that. Manny, their long-time estimator, is both kind and honest. In fact, he once advised us to wait on a reseal because he felt our pavers weren't quite ready--something you don't often see in by other contractors. We've also had the same technicians come out to our home over the years, and they are always courteous and happy to answer any questions we have. As a bonus, the owners are retired military and actively involved in the local community, which speaks volumes about their character and commitment. We've had nothing but positive experiences and truly can't recommend them highly enough.

I called the No Streaking office number, which I think is just an answering service, and while the person I spoke to was comfortable scheduling the window cleaning, she couldn't answer any questions about the pressure washing. She did convey my wants to the Owner though, and then left me a voice message trying to clarify. Because it was frustrating to deal with communicating like this (indirectly) I waited a few weeks, then decided to go ahead and book it. The Owner then got in contact with me directly, which made the process much easier. The two guys showed up on time, and the right day, and got right to work. They did a great job! Very thorough, very detailed, and they both were friendly and courteous. Our building and windows were brand new clean looking when they were done. This year's experience gives me much more confidence to continue using their services for years to come.

Lacking in professionalism and courtesy, phase II of our order will not be filled by this company and neither with our new home build. Lesson learned, an "estimate on install" is not an estimate, its a hard number even when a 2 day install turns into only 3.5 hours.
