When I called the insurance company August 2, 2017, they said the policy was good; but when I went to put in a claim on Sept 1, 20I7 I was told it was cancelled on July 6, 2017...very strange. They will promise in writing a 30-year guarantee on a silicone roof sealer....30-year guarantee does not exist. They ask for a ridiculous amount of money up front for materials which are way overpriced and do no cleanup whatsoever!! They do extremely shoddy, sloppy, unprofessional work. They did extensive damage to my property, did not finish the job, and offer no reasonable resolution. Do not, do not, use this company for any type of pool resurfacing and/or paver's work! The owner…read morewill first come out and sell you a bill of goods that he cannot deliver. The re-texturing of the pool deck was done sloppy, with chunks of texture in spots all over the pool deck. The pool-deck texture was worked on THREE times (with continuous feedback while the work was being done) and still they couldn't get it right but kept promising they would leave it right. I should have seen the red flag, when they had to use my pressure washer since they were not fully and/or properly equipped. The cleaning, sanding and sealing of the pavers was also a big mess. The sand is washing off within the first week of the job and sections have water stains "Efflorescence," showing the poor and over application of sealer. The pavers were left with blotchy and white stains that will now need to be stripped and resealed properly. I have attempted to communicate with the owner five times, via text, email and phone calls, and have yet to receive a response. This company is a scam! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and taking legal action for the damages, in time and money this company has caused. Warning: this company is not the one you should entertain for any type of pool deck or paver work! Mediocre service, at its best. Stay away from them!!

Never introduced himself. does not make eye contact. I thought he was hired labor, until probably the third day. I did my research to make sure they were going to prep the surface correctly. Unfortunately the only day I could not be there was prep day. By the time I got home, the entire deck was painted with the primer (so I did not see whether the deck was sanded properly). I can tell you now it was not! The coating is peeling off in places and it has been less than 3 months. Not that it should matter, since if done correctly, it should last 25 YEARS. Please if you listen to nothing else in life, do not use this company.

After trying to communicate with them on how to enter property this individual was adamant on entering their way which resulted in a broken gate fence. Attempted to call the office to discuss however was met with brash and aggressive behavior. The individual became defensive to the accusation and began to use vulgar slander. This company is not professional and their driver I used in this project was not helpful and seemed to want to rush through the job. I would NOT recommend these crooks and did not receive any help when it came to rectifying costs for the damage. Lesson learned!

Disappointing Concrete Stamping Experience…read more I had hoped that my concerns would be rectified by the owner Luis a few months ago when I reached out to him initially. After several months of thinking maybe it would fix itself just as the owner stated, I found it time to write a review. Plus I reached out by email with no response recently so I figure they'll be ignoring me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the concrete stamping job done by this company after paying 5k. The stamping has areas that are so sharp we recently had someone cut their foot open resulting in stitches. The job was done a few months back and Luis stated it would smooth out. To me the job was done rushed and sloppy and also was completed while we had heavy rains even though I expressed concern over that. Despite reaching out, the company failed to address and rectify the issues. Even attempts to get the owner, Luis, to inspect the problems at my home were ignored only to be told he had come by and taken a look. It would be impossible for him to inspect or touch the entire patio due to us having a fence and a pad lock on the door plus. The lack of accountability and responsiveness has left me with a poorly executed project and a frustrating experience overall that I now have to have someone else fix this. While he was highly recommended, I wish it had turned out differently for our home, I wish our concerns could have been taken seriously. Update: We had another company fix the work that Luis and his team did. They had to grind down the entire patio because of the sharpness of what we were left with. I even heard one of them say by looking at the concrete it didn't look bad but when you get down close, feel and walk on it, it was very clear that this was not only done sloppy but was left razor sharp. Luis continued to tell me that it would go down/brush it off and there is no way it would have given the amount of time they spent grinding this down on their hands and knees to be smooth. Be aware that if you're not happy with the job, Elite/Luis do not stand by their work. While we had to pay $1400 for this fix, it was well worth it given we can actually go out there now without cutting our feet up
