Not only they were fast, they handled everything, including the permit, they were respectful and professional they're great with communication. David Glickstein was excellent. He was attentive to our needs. Our roof was done in less than 48 hours and looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Again, David was very helpful with walking us through everything. Most importantly they're HONEST!! There were no surprises in prices in what he quoted. It was price we paid!! He communicated any problems that may have come up along the way and had them fixed just as quick he also explained and priced before doing it. And amazingly, they took PICTURES of the roofing process. We added peel-n-stick and hurricanes clips. We sent pictures to our Homeowners Insurance, and it saved us over $1,000 in the premium!!! I highly recommend Classic Roofing for anybody's roofing needs.

As of this writing, (December 30, 2022) the completion is still pending. After the first attempt to replace our roof, the standing water only confirmed to the city inspector that this roof did NOT comply to codes. It took them months of painful negotiations, promises not kept and struggles to get them to concede and redo the roof to code. And this happened in mid-November 2022 from 3:00PM to 8:00 at night with FLASHLIGHTS. Don't get me started on the 4 Skylights that were grossly over charged ($1000.00 vs $600.00 Retail)! We are still waiting for the final cleanup, replacement ceiling tiles that were ruined when their first roof leaked, and final documentation that was promised three weeks ago. Shame on us for paying them ahead of the completion. By the way, we encourage you to check out the BBB rating - not even close to an "A" rating!

During construction Len's Roofing stored roofing materials/debris on my neighbor's law overnight. Pictures attached. During construction, the owner Lenworth Dacas stopped by while I was in a work from home meeting. I told Lenworth I was in a meeting and unable to talk with him. Lenworth then proceeded to bang on the front door with a metal flashlight. This damaged the metal and paint on the door. Police were called, Lenworth Dacas had remained on my property and was trespassed by the police department. Received an estimate for the door repair for the damage Lenworth Dacas caused. Lenworth would not pay the full amount to repair the damage. I took Lenworth Dacas to small claims court (Case Number 2024SC407) and Lenworth Dacas received a court order to pay for the full price door repair. Keeping this review objective, I would avoid hiring this company and working with Lenworth Dacas.

We scheduled a new roof in August to get our house ready to move and when the roof was being put on they didn't tarp it correctly and and we received a heavy down pour in our house . almost 12,000 in damages in three seprate rooms. We received two reports from a mold company and an adjustment company . John the owner took responsibility and said he'd fix what was damaged and long story short he didn't. They did a hack job and it should of been a red flag when it didn't pass inspection by the city the first time but we believed John and his contractor mike were good people and trusted they would keep there word. I am definitely not the one to write reviews it honestly makes me sick doing it. but we reached out and tried to work with them for months . So I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. My husband had to leave for his job in Michigan my son and I are here trying to pick up the pieces . They did a horrible patch job and never came back to finish Like promise. So many more details and videos and text messages but honestly, it's not worth my time ! The point is this company is horrible and they don't value communication, responsibility and respect the customer and their houses ! Beware

Mid-Coast Roofing used materials we liked, explained everything well and gave us a feeling of trust. You learn a lot about roofing materials. Strength of tiles and underlayment. Florida requires a Rubberized roofing underlayment that seals around nails and forms another layer to protect your roof from wind and rain damaging your roof. The bring out materials and use lifts to put them on the roof the working day before they start the roof. Day 1- starting at 7:30 am arrival, there we're 9 people covering bushes, the air conditioner and other structures before starting. Then, they started removing the old shingles and old roofing underlayment. They were finished by 10:30 and started putting on the new rubberized roofing underlayment. They even put shingles on the back side of the roof leaving the front so it could be inspected. They finished day 1 around 1pm. Day 2- was waiting for the inspection on the day 1 work. The Inspector gave from 8am-5pm to do the inspection but, luckily, came by lunch. Shortly after the inspector sent the contractor a successful inspection report, the team was back to finish the front shingles, for the supervisor to do a final check and they cleaned up. They even used a leaf blower to blow the shingle dust out of our screened room. Day 3-Final Inspection and Wind Mitigation Inspection. We were extremely happy with the job Mid-Coast Roofing did. They were fast, efficient and very nice. They cleaned up and even though I've walked around the house, I haven't seen a single nail in the yard. Thanks to Bill Hawkins who gave us the estimate and wonderful information. Thanks, also, to Mario the Supervisor (Super Mario) and all the hardworking guys that did the job. Well done!! 1/6/22

I reccomended the company several times. Last month I noticed one of the skylights had cracked. Mid Coast responded and sent out someone to inspect the damage. They confirmed the crack was on the inside layer of glass. They referred me to Sun Tek, their skylight vendor, to resolve the issue. Sun Tek without any inspection denied responsibility for the failure saying it was an "act of God". The crack was on the interior panel so no weather issues were involved. I informed the President, Jim Keffer of MidCoast on what happened and received no response. SunTek does not stand behind their product but Mid Coast does not stand behind their vendors.
