Samaritan palliative care is useless!!! Stay away from this area of Samaritan. No help at all. Get…read moreyour family doctor involved with care. Easier to get help from a good family doctor. Not palliative! Samaritan hospice hospital in Voorhees is a fantastic facility. Full of caring attentive nurses. The best of them Ken!!! If you're worried about a loved one being properly cared for this is the place. Very clean, thoughtful and friendly to the whole family in a time of distress. The hospice side of Samaritan is totally different from the palliative side. Nurses are more caring and very informative on the hospice side.

This place is NOT even a last resort. My mom used this company for a little under a year. The ignorance and attitude given to customers SPECIFICALLY by CHRISTINA (who is literally a nobody that answers phone calls) is unbelievable. She will raise her voice and get pretty barbaric over questions (she's a know it all that answers phone for a living). Everything done by this company goes wrong on some level, even a simple task like refilling medications for my mother was a huge ordeal (I was actually on the phone for 45mins with Christina just to refill a lasik medication). Save yourself the time and stress. PICK ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Jesus H. Ok I'm going to just stick to the facts as I see them bc if I don't I'll spew way too much…read morevenom, and that's just not good for anyone. This office is actually a family practice and the doc also does travel medicine. Travel medicine is a cash business (no insurance accepted) so you pay yourself. It's not cheap, ok? This means one can go wherever they want for the vaccines they need to travel. PROS: friendly initial encounter over the phone for scheduling Office is BEAUTIFUL, new building, spotlessly clean, decorated very nicely Layout of office is great and protects patient privacy CONS: long wait even though appointment was scheduled Disorganized- I had to return twice bc the vaccine I needed wasn't in stock, even though they were given a week to prepare for the visit I was told I'd get a call when the vaccine arrived, I did not Had to wait again even though I had an appointment I understand ignorance of foreign/developing countries- especially in small town suburbia. However, I find it intolerable and completely unacceptable in an office that specializes in international Medicine. Don't sass me about how young my kids are vs where I'm going! If your idea of traveling Outside your comfort zone is going to Sea Isle instead of Ocean city? Just no. STFU. Expensive. More expensive than average. I suppose the decorating budget has to get paid for Somehow. Nurse giving the shots told my 5 year old son he needed to make up his mind About where he wanted to sit to get his shots (he got scared. You know. Because he's 5)bc she had Other things to do. So that. Next time I'll go to Dr Braffman at Pennsy in the city. No judging, no ignorance-based remarks, no Sass. And patience for children who get scared of needles. Ugh!

Highmark verified they are in network yet no one is willing to enforce the contracts. Stay away from these clinics- they are a rip off !

They have also been under the care of the pediatric surgical ENT's. I love their patient online platform it's extremely user-friendly. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need just a click away. I find my children's vaccination records, upcoming and previous visits, prescriptions, medical professionals who have provided care for my children from all the different facilities. Dr. Mcfadden is great! She has a warm and caring bedside manner approach and is a fantastic active listener. The office is large and I have never had issues with parking. The nurses are sweet and I feel the staff offer quality service. My son 3, once injured his forehead (huge bump and slight bleed) playing with friends. I called the practice and was able to do an assessment with a RN over the phone saving us a trip to the ER or Urgent Care. I definitely recommend.

All it did was prove to sure up their existing business model. After calling early in the morning and being told I would get a call back about my daughter being seen. Let me restate... my children's only pediatrician is CHOP. They were born in a CHOP hospital and have only seen CHOP pediatricians from this office for their entire lives so don't believe the hype they literally treat everyone this awful. I didn't get a call back until 3pm! And when I requested an appointment I was told that if I could go to urgent care... There is literally no point to having a doctor who's only recommendation is to go to urgent care when you are sick. I am a fully grown adult person... I am aware emergency rooms exist and urgent care exists. I don't need that kind of help. This was not an emergency but is something that a doctor should look at to keep from it getting so bad I actually do need to take my child to the emergency room. I am switching from CHOP. These large hospital systems don't care about people... they care about money. I would hope that since they deal with children that would not be the case. Yet again my optimism was misplaced. Awful
