Alex and Will are fantastic trainers and they really do care about making sure you train the right way and that you get the best performance you can. They do a high intensity workout that you'd find similar to p90x or Cross Fit... but they make sure your going to keep going even after your first 90 days...which is a huge selling point. Both Will and Alex have different styles of how they train and they switch off weekly so you never get the same workout two weeks in a row. -Their pricing is on part with the other Cross-fit type gyms in the area if you want an unlimited class package each month. -Facility is kept clean, I've never gotten sick from using their equipment.
