I hesitated because "On Call" Delivery Services are usually so expensive, or worse - as a former employer of mine once experienced when 4,000 of her door hanger ads were found in a dumpster and the service claimed all were placed on doors. I had 75 gift baskets (containing chocolate and it was 110 outside) that needed to go to 75 different places. Day One I gave them 10 to start off and in less than 5 hours, job complete. Unbelievably reliable, fast, professional, I can't say enough. Erica and Michelle took care of me. Even the 2nd time, 3rd and 4th - service is consistent. These women ROCK. As soon as the items arrived at their warehouse in Jacksonville, they sent me an email with my order info and their scheduled delivery date which was within a 4 hour window. In the email, they told me I was welcome to call back and reschedule, which I did since I was going to be out of town on during the original delivery window. I spoke with Charlene in the office and she set up my new delivery window reassuring me that all the packages would be delivered at once. The morning of, they sent me a reminder text of my delivery window with a link to track my items place in the delivery line and a promise that they would notify me before they arrived. I had a delivery window for 8AM-12PM. The delivery drivers called me at 9:30AM to let me know they'd be there in half an hour and at 9:52AM they rolled up ready to get down to business. I had a standard delivery so they needed to only dropped it off at my front door. They carried 4 heavy boxes up three flights of stairs without damaging anything and with practiced ease like the professionals they are! When they saw that I was just one small girl by myself trying to use a dolly to get the packages into my condo, they didn't just leave me there struggling but went above and beyond and helped me place it inside. Not sure what is going on with Ideal gas. Started fine, have been a customer for years. Have never…read morehad an issue as a customer who purchased tank and gas re-fills. Called 2 days ago about another tank re-fill. Specifically asked what the charges would be and any extra fees or delivery fee. Was expressly told "just gas and tax" "no delivery charge". Invoice left for me shows FUEL RECOVERY FEE, HAZMAT FEE, and DELIVERY FEE (see image). THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WAS JUST TOLD ON THE PHONE! Called to give them a chance to resolve. Girl who answered the phone sounded half asleep. No resolution or even a call back after being transferred and leaving a message for whoever I was transferred to. Emailed them explaining the issue, again trying to resolve, but again received no response. I see also "Business Owner" is posting right here on yelp saying they do not charge those fees. Clearly this is not true at all. Owner post on Yelp: "we charge no additional fees", "charge...taxes...and cost of propane" My bill: 3 additional fees Ideal Gas just expressly stated they do not charge (See my images showing both.) On the Idealgas invoice is a "Refer a friend" offer for $50. Who would refer someone to a business that behaves this way? Dishonestly and outright lies to customers by a business is not acceptable behavior.....Ever. Very Disappointing from a company I thought was honest and reputable.

Buddy Dingman gave me some good advice about a year ago even without me being a customer. He treated me kindly then and so when it came time to switch companies, IDEAL was my first choice. I look forward to saving money with them but I am already enjoying the benefit of feeling like I am dealing with good people. My hat's off to the owner for his approach to business.

Stay away from this moving company! New wood floor has a deep scratch from back door to master…read morebedroom. Confronted owner and she called their insurance company but was told they would not cover it, she then stated get an estimate. She offered to do the move for free to cover damage, I told her it would probably be more than the move. I got a quote and she said the scratch was already there and she will see me in court... REALLY!?!? Also damaged was 1 entertainment center and dresser, she saw the damage but said nothing. Also damaged was 2 big screen tvs, scratches that we saw once settled in and after they left. Becareful, find a mover who stands behind their mistakes and has quality insurance.
