When I told my boyfriend later he said that I definitely could've done it without flushing my car and two flushes was overkill! I feel they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a girl, as they also were trying to force me to get my filters changed when I just wanted only an oil change. A simple 80 dollar procedure I ended up being charged 163 dollars! Which is insane they tried to bring up my price up to 220 dollars but I finally snapped. I kept saying no but they were acting as if my car would implode if I don't do what they were trying to charge me for. I will never come back and will tell my other female car owners to avoid this place since they won't listen and force you to pay for more than necessary and I really believe if I was a man they wouldn't have lied to me about having to get flushes and listened when I said no. After that experience Mohkam just kept telling me to leave him a review non stop, so here's the review never come to this shop as you can't trust the employees and they just want to gauge your money.

It was the cat's meow. I enjoyed every bit of it but now it was time to move on and find something more 21st-century. I went from Japanese to Korean. I was on a website that shows all the dealership vehicles and private sales of people selling their vehicles till I came across bow Mitsubishi selling a 2022 Kia Soul, I went to the dealership and I test drove a beauty and enjoyed every second, minute and hour of driving that vehicle. I knew this was the vehicle for me. It was really funny when I drove into the bay and there are three people behind the desk. Michael said hi Wendy and the other two looked at him like how do you know her? I should have said, I'm family. It's really nice when you go somewhere and people know your name, that they make every effort to help you. I am well pleased with my purchase from Bow, I had some issues and spoke to Kyle who was able to get it rectified right away. I was able to acquire kia visors for my vehicle. Im all set, lovin every minute I drive. Proud to be a family member of bow Mitsubishi.

    I purchased the MicheLin Cross Climate tires from Kal Tire last year. Excellent tires but here is…read morethe issue with purchasing them at Kal Tire. In order for the warranty to be valid you must have them rotated from Kal Tire every 10,000 km. This requires booking a 90 minute appointment with them. And when I say 90 minutes it will take exactly 90 minutes! Yesterday I booked my appointment at 2:30 and sat in there COLD waiting room. Observing my car sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes before it was finally taken into there service Bay. Almost 4:00 and my car was finally done! Upon getting into it.....I noticed the leather door handle on my MDX was dirty and this is obviously done by the mechanics dirty hands or gloves. Not too impressed. Here are some things Kal Tire need to do to improved there customer service. Book appropriate service times that people can live with. Unfortunately, If you only have this one car to use you are forced to wait in a rather COLD waiting room for the work to be done. Secondly the mechanic working on your car should have a little respect for your car and use caution if his hands or boots are dirty getting into your car. Going forward I'm not sure if I would purchased from Kal Tire in the future. Typically I have always purchased tires from my dealership and they can do a tire rotation and an oil change all within 45 minutes!

    I took our car to Kal-Tire (9950 Macleod Trail South, Calgary, AB) for winter tires on Thursday,…read moreNovember 6, 3:30pm. I arrived back home after dark. The next morning, my husband Peter was loading our car and found one of the emblems from the center of the wheel sitting in the back of the car. The emblem was cracked and there was a crack in the center on our passenger rear wheel. Driving soon after, that particular tire reading in the car dashboard would disappear then reappear off and on. My husband called Kal-Tire that morning to let them know about the wheel and sensor. I took a photo of our car dashboard with no tire pressure reading for that tire. November 13, my husband called again. The girl on the phone didn't understand the difference between the tire and wheel, and kept wanting to book an appointment for us for new tires. My husband finally asked if we should bring our car in and she agreed that we should. I took the car back to Kal-Tire that afternoon. A woman, who was unfriendly and difficult, looked at the wheel and suggested that I just found the emblem in the back of my car, that it had been in the back of our car a while. I said no. I reminded her of the sensor issue. She took our name and info and said the manager would call. He didn't. We called again on November 14, and talked with Jacob, a young guy, who was much more helpful. He explained that the damage was not noted in our file on the computer, but it was noted in the printed notes. Jacob suggested taking the car to our car dealership for a new cap and emblem, and we would be reimbursed for new center cap, emblem, and work needed. I called our dealership, ordered the emblem, waited a few days, and picked it up November 19. Immediately afterward, I called Kal-Tire to book an appointment - I was put on hold. After 9 minutes, I hung up and drove to Kal-Tire. After waiting to be seen and for an employee to check our sensor, he came to tell me that it isn't going to read because it does not have a sensor (it does). Another employee looked at it a second time only to give me the same information. I showed them the photo I took of our tire reading on the dashboard. After not listening to me, I suggested that they call my husband. After talking with him, they booked yet another appointment to bring the car back and have the sensor fixed. November 25, our wheel and sensor were finally fixed properly. When I asked for a printed receipt, the woman (same woman who helped me before), handed it to me and said "No proof that it was us that broke it but we fixed it for you anyway." Horrible customer service. We won't be going back.

Arrived back on site & my car was still in the same spot. They had not even started the change over... then rushed my tire change over (did receive a % of for trouble) Got home & they only changed 3 out of the 4 tires. Got ahold of closer Kaltire & they got me in directly & then also told tires were not balanced either. Went back the next day & demanded my $ back was given it, as I had documentation & photo's to prove. Would not go back to this Location Found out they had new management they need to fix many issues at this location

We didn't drive the car until a couple days later, when we decided to go to my parents in Airdrie, and heard a clunking sound on the way. When we got to Airdrie we noticed the two front tires were both completely flat. We filled them up and tried to make our way home, but continued to hear the clunking on the way home and gad to refill them once on the way. My wife took it back to Mr. Lube they next day and they had a bunch of excuses and said it was corrosion in the rims and proceeded to charge us again for this fix! My two kids were in the car when we drove on the highway on flat tires, including my 11 month old son. This was a very dangerous situation and we were put in a dangerous situation because either (1) the employees at this location did not do their job or (2) Mr. Lube doesn't feel it necessary to check if your tires are leaking after they change them. I called the manager after hearing they charged us again and told him how their lack of process put my family in danger and also caused us a bunch of anxiety and stress. I also thought it was pretty insulting to charge us again to fix this mistake. Everything was fine before the tire change at this location. I got a bunch of excuses from the manager that it was the rims fault, and that they don't check for leaks because it would take "days" to do this. When I called him out the tires going to completely flat in one trip he said "I said UP TO DAYS" (which he did not). He was very combative, and never apologized for anything. He also never said anything along the lines that made me think he actually cares for the safety of me or my family in anyway. In my opinion someone screwed up and all I got was a bunch of cop out excuses. How would both the front tires do this while the back are fine? And then the story that the rims were corrosive, which only happened to two tires that happened to be the front two? It also takes days to check for leaks? I am almost 40 and no one I have talked to has had this issue before. And then to add insult to injury charge us for this? Without the slightest morsel of human empathy... Overall it felt like I got a bunch of bs answers to get me off the call asap. Very disrespectful and a generally bad experience. I would recommend staying away.
