Heard great things about the shop, so I emailed to see if they could fix a list of items on my GTI, and also diagnose some others. George emailed back promptly that they would prefer to diagnose first. No problem, I emailed George back asking when he could fit me in, no reply. I followed up a week later, still no reply. I followed up after another week, indicating that I had heard good things about his shop, but my customer service experience wasn't very good. George got back to me right away saying they are very busy and wished his staff would come to work. We can not say enough about this great business. We were vacationing in Canada and traveling through Calgary when we woke up and found our van would not shift into any gear but 3rd and 4th. We called a shop and was told we couldn't even be seen for 5 days! We limped to Tunedub and they we kind enough to slip us in to evaluate our issue and were able to order the part, have it overnight delivered and replaced the next morning. The price was exactly what was quoted and very reasonably. If only we lived in Calgary Canada to frequent this profession, efficient, kind and friendly shop. Great find, I take my VW and Audi here and always have a great experience. George and his team know Audi/VWs and my cars are always serviced perfectly. The prices are competitive and they always check over your car to make sure everything is good to go (without trying to sell you additional services). This place does a great job selling you the product but horrible customer service and follow-up if you have issues. I had a chip installed in my Audi and within a week the Engine light came on, I brought it in and George removed it and advised me to take my car to Audi dealer as this car has issues with engine light. I took the vehicle to Audi and they said there was no problem or history of engine light coming on. I visited Tunedub and left several messages for George and he would not return my calls, I called the product provider and they also reached out to get him to address the issue and still no response. After he got his money he didn't care about product issues. read more

I have been a customer for a while and the service has gotten terrible recently. I previously had the highest regards for tunedub and their service so I am very disappointed. Had an oil change done as I didnt have time to do it myself and there was oil spilled everywhere and the engine cover was cracked when I got the car back. Next time I had minor work done and had to go back multiple times just to get it done properly. read more
