This location is a complete disaster. They literally have children selling the vehicles who don't even understand how financing works. The GM makes promises on things being taken care of after the fact and won't put anything in writing and then service asks for $1000 in labor. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. No heads-up for their customers (that most likely got scammed out of 2k hidden fees when they purchased a vehicle from him as I did) that their dealership was closing indefinitely. This means no more six-month warranty for those folks who recently purchased a car from here and no more "free" three-year service plan that was included with all of their cars. Honestly, a lot of that routine maintenance that was included in the plan felt like it was paid for in advance with those tacked-on hidden fees when signing the paperwork. Evidently Alex Asgari Rad was the mastermind (owner) behind this family scamming business and the above mentioned sales/finance manager was simply one of his minions to help carry out such scams. I really hope Pierce Rad runs his new real estate career with more transparency and integrity than this business. What a shameful way to conduct an establishment. Avoid doing business with these individuals at all costs. Update: Also an important note, Pierce Alexander Asgari-Rad was also arrested/charged just over a year ago (just a couple months before he scammed me on a vehicle sale) for multiple counts of shoplifting. He received a guilty verdict in April 2025, which happens to be the same month he got fired from Rad Auto Sales. In hindsight, I definitely wouldn't want this individual handling any type of transaction whether it's a vehicle, real estate or lemonade stand sale. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy and any of his relatives. Rad = Bad business.
