Call from Alex from Manny's and my first thought was he is going to be late, instead he said he was close, and he arrived less than 5 minutes later he was there, asked what the issue was and did I mind if he checked the battery? Oh heck no, go ahead. He ran a test and found the battery low, and he had me start the car and it worked . In the shop now for diagnostics but I wish I had called Alex yesterday instead of AAA. I recommend these guys and hope you luck out and get Alex although I suspect that the employees all care about their customers.

I was able to fly into Nashville the next day. Both of my parents were relatively okay and were discharged later that night. In the meantime, their car was in Vic's tow yard for 3 days. On our way to Vic's, my dad was giving me a verbal list of what we had to collect from the car. Amongst the items were the GPS and a gold cross chain hanging on the rearview mirror. So I quickly replied, "Well you can kiss 'em goodbye.....especially gold Jesus." We pulled into the lot as Vic was about to leave for a towing job. We told him which car we needed to get into. He got out of his tow truck and took us to my parents' car. AMAZING! Everything they had left in the car stayed in the car, including gold Jesus still hanging onto the rearview mirror. He saw how shocked my parents were after seeing the extent of the damages and quietly expressed how lucky they were to be alive from this horrific accident. Even though he had to do another towing right at that moment, he never rushed us to gather our stuff. It was the complete opposite and he showed genuine empathy. When we were ready to leave, he gave my parents some tips on how to deal with the other guy's insurance. He then locked up the sliding high fence to his tow yard. Hopefully you will never need to use a towing service, but in the event your luck ran out, this guy is legit. Vic is honest and truly a kind man.
