Security Finance has horrible customer service! They also had to settle a $5,000,000 lawsuit…read morepertaining to illegal practices. I wish I had known that before using this service. Apparently they have not learned how to properly treat customers from having to pay out their previous settlement and continue to violate norms. I called to make arrangements for a late payment after they had REPEATEDLY called me for being one day late, which their agreement states customers can be up to 5 days late on payment. When I spoke to them about making a late payment the staff was incredibly rude to me, demanded I find a way to pay them that same day and stated that they would not hold the debt and would come to my workplace to collect payment & made some pretty weird thinly veiled threat to the effect of "and whatever happens to you happens to you." Dealing with them has honestly been like dealing with the mob. I will continue to make payments until the $400 loan is paid off but I am considering taking legal action against Security Finance after that. Do not do business with them! They are terrible people! Go through your bank or a more reputable loan provider than Security Finance or you will regret it! Also this company sends out live checks as well they can easily be stolen and cashed at a bank or deposited into any account temporarily so there's a huge privacy risk there.

This was an extremely disappointing company to work with. I had been pre-approved for a…read moresubstantial amount of money for a personal loan that I admit I desperately needed. From the time I received the pre-approval until I applied, both my income and Credit score had improved. Regardless, I was completely denied for any loan. I also recognized that shortly afterwards I seemed to receive a great deal of spam emails. I can't prove it was from Advance Financial but it was clearly suspicious. Of course applying for a loan from them negatively effected my credit. I would advise to not consider this company for any financial services. They clearly appear to have anterior motives.

To make arrangements to make a double next month because I had gotten in to a car accident and it has taken g it's toll on me having to rent a car rental and try to buy a new car and still took money out of my account when the rep told me no don't worry ur good we won't take the money out of ur account didn't inform me I need 2 days before payment is do to do this. And there is nothing they can do no there is u just don't want to the interest they charge for these accounts are fuckin unbelievable they don't care that they are bankrupt ing people my whole family at one point has used this place and NEVER AGAIN they should not beable to be in buiness it was this reps fault by not properly informing me they could not do this. So instead of fixing it and saying next time we will need more time there doin nothing I'm gonna write our Congress. And tell them they need. To shut place like this down they take advantage of people falling on hard times and it's so not fair PLEASE what ever u do do not use this company!
