Bad customer service! I went to the ATM on a Saturday to withdraw money. The money did not give me…read moremy money but my account showed that it did. When I asked for assistance on the screen the operator told me I had to go in. The assistant manager told me that I needed to fill out a form to get my money back and if I needed money that I would need to make another withdraw. I was also told that basically it's a machine. There was no apology for my inconvenience and I'm just glad that I had money but what if I didn't???

There is very little human communication or service provided. When you call their number, you get the typical selection with no option to speak to a specific branch or to speak to a human. Some of the branches have no face to face with a teller. Wow, what a change a year makes!…read more The bank has added a drive-thru ATM machine and a lot of bright floodlights. It is as light as day in the middle of the night now and I feel a heckuva lot safer going there (at night). And the ATM machines are nice, shiny and new, and best of all - fast!
