It wont accept that number. It wont allow you to pair an external account with an account and routing number either. Do not finance through them.

After Capstar deducted their loan payment then the property owner would get paid from Capstar. Imagine you owning a commercial property and your tenant pays the rent to the bank and not you. This reminds me of a government overreach infringing on individual property rights. I don't recommend this bank for a commercial loan.

You would be better off going to a Title loan place. We went to get a loan here to pay our car off, which was around $7000. They told us that we could be approved for $9000 and the interest would not be any higher. Now, I KNEW the interest was high, but it was lower than what our car payment was, so I THOUGHT that in itself would save us money. In May/June of 2022 we were trying to buy a house through our bank. The mortgage consultant we were working with was trying to get our credit even better so the interest rate would be lower. She wanted me to pay this loan down to $1995. I wanted to pay it off, but the Mortgage Consultant said that they were trying to improve the debt ratio. I am an RN not a financial person at all, so I did as instructed and paid this down to $1995. Now, follow me on this one! The middle of June 2022 I owed these people, GET THIS, $1995! I paid June through December 2022, payments of $336.95, which is 7 months equaling $2358.65. Now I only owed $1995, so ANYONE that can add and subtract would think this was PAID IN FULL, right??? NO,NO,NO, when I called them at the end of December 2022, they told me I still had SIX more payments!!!! Now, if you were following, the middle of June I owed $1995, I made 7 payments totalling $2358.65, which makes me paying $363.65 OVER, and you tell me I still owe YOU four more payments!!!! To date I have made 10 payments of $336.95 equaling $3369.50, when 10 months ago I only owed $1995! AND...they are telling me I owe TWO more payments! Yeah, they break it down and make it sound SO wonderful and awesome BUT it is a SCAM SCAM SCAM, and should be ILLEGAL as hell! If you need money and see a day when you finally get the loan PAID IN FULL, don't use this Company, because you will NEVER see the day when it is PAID IN FULL!!!!

Their app is also terrible - I have to lookup my password every time I use it even though it's Face ID compatible. When I had some fraud, they sided with the company that was fraudulent. And now that I'm trying to buy a house, they gave me incorrect wiring instructions and it's now affecting my closing (doesn't help that the woman, appropriately named Karen, was so condescending and rude despite a Pinnacle employee giving me the wrong info).
