When attempting to do the "express pay" option (its anything but express) it requires a member number to perform (youd think that would be easy to find) which when you go to your account and actually find your member number guess what? It wont accept that number. It wont allow you to pair an external account with an account and routing number either. Do not finance through them.

They claimed they will not cash a check of any amount without first talking to the account holder on the phone. Because the client was at work and unable to answer the phone they would not cash it. According to the policy online they should have been able to cash any check below $2,500 but they claimed that they can't cash personal checks without first calling the account holder and talking to them while you are in front of them.

Still with that, all the action happens on the main floor, which is where I popped in one day after a nearby doctors appointment. While most of my banking is done via the app, I was after a new bank card, as I had to cancel mine due to fraud and for some reason the mailed card was taking way longer than needed. Service was helpful, efficient and made the process really easy. I have banked with Regions for close to 20 years now and easy experiences such as this keep me loyal!
