Transitioning from small town to a big city has taken a toll on my parents and they were previously with Allstate for over 40 years, having a close relationship with the family that owned that business. They were looking for an agent that would provide that personal feel and be able to connect with whenever questions would arise and out of several insurance companies we reviewed, Farmers was the way to go.
