We also explained that we were a bit time sensitive since one of the home insurance policies was expiring soon. She spent the next 45 to 60 min collecting all of our information and said that we should hear back from one of their insurance agents within the next 2-3 days. We don't hear anything from them all week, I call them again first thing Monday morning today and she says that the insurance agent handling our file is busy but she'll give us a call back later. A few hours pass by and we hear nothing, I call one more time to follow up and they say that she has a customer in her office and she'll call us before end of day. Again we hear absolutely nothing from them; at this point we can only deduce that they don't value our business and if they are going to treat us like this now it will only be worse afterwards. Last thing you want is a non responsive insurance agent, very disappointing experience overall.
