I've called Bruce at least 13 times left messages. Talk to the receptionist. I understand things take time but two months and you can't even reach out for a phone call or help fix the situation that you caused and I was only under the impression that he charged a couple hundred dollars when you come to find out it's been 4 to 500 every time there's so many other places out there that charge under $100 and we'll get you back more money. We actually tested the theory this year and we got more than we ever got back not using them.
