He was honest from the moment we met him, they didn't charge us for paying cash, they put new brakes on every car they sell and help you tremendously with what you are looking for. Besides tax, we paid what the price of the car was with NO HIDDEN FEES!!!! We told him what we wanted for our family and he was a tremendous help. When I raised these concerns, the dealership repeatedly denied all issues and did not provide any practical solution, so I decided not to argue further. I have filed a complaint with OMVIC and submitted all documents. Depending on the outcome, I may also pursue Small Claims Court. PJ maintenance manager removed the battery light. tried to sell me warranty after i came in with a problem they say the cars are inspected but that is a lie. they are only checked for safety purposes & then certified. oil as is when you buy - dirty or clean my point - if the previous owner took care of the car then you got yourself a good car if they didn't all the problem of the car is on you. i now have to fix my car out of pocket :( but thank god i found help. i wouldn't go back there saving myself the headache ( buy new car)

He immediately ripped off the paper with my info on it and swear if I comeback tomorrow he will sell it to me 150$ higher than the marked price. Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer.
