Instead, we made the decision to travel for an hour to purchase our first Harley from Gengras and especially Brian Hurlock. Brian is a consummate sales professional, from my initial contact on the phone with him where he answered all my concerns and questions to the focused attention he spent with us on a Saturday morning. Although I think it was immediately obvious that we had already made the decision on buying a Harley and the exact model, he did not just become an order taker, but spent time on a test ride for my wife and explained thoroughly all the features and benefits. The whole purchasing experience was wonderful to be honest, including being taken around to every department and introduced to employees that I might connect with on an ongoing basis. In summary, Gengras Harley was a fantastic place, and I cannot praise Brian enough for his commitment to service and care or his customers. I wish more companies were like this. After having the car inspected for a wrap on the top, a reputable company informed us that the car has no ceramic coating. We were shocked, so we had it looked at by another company known for ceramic coatings, and they confirmed there was no coating on the car. Both companies put their findings in writing. We called them up, and they claimed to have done the coating but had no solution for us. Understandably, we are very upset; we gave them a chance to offer a solution or make it right, and they basically just said, "we did it," and that was it. The car also has swirl marks and did not undergo proper paint correction before it was "coated." Walking out after spending $100,000, we should be 100% happy, and we definitely aren't. We feel like we were swindled. I will give two stars because the salesman and the people who gave us the car tutorial and set up were very kind and informative. However, their response to a very valid complaint is unacceptable.

I purchased a 2013 SRX in June of 2016 from Stephen Cadillac and it has been the most frustrating…read moreexperiences of my life. Within the first 3 months the CUE system stopped working twice and only displayed a black screen. As a result, the radio, heat, back up camera, staring wheel controls, and parking assist do not work. Stephens reset the system and it would work for a few weeks and go out again. In addition, the car does not start up at least once a week where I have to continue to hit the push to start until it eventually starts. Most recently, the car has had an issue shifting into drive. Update: I still a little disappointed that I had so many issues with the car within the first few months however Stephens has gone above and behind to resolve the issue especially the service department and Bryan the service manager. I was so frustrated with the issues I hung up on Bryan when I was advised on how much it would cost. Instead of getting upset and giving up Bryan called the head office and found a program that would cover the majority of the cost. Instead of taking it personal he understood my frustration and continued to help. He called me several times to provide updates of the status and resolved the issue fully. One would not expect to have so many issues within a year after paying $30k on a vehicle. However, based on my experience with the service department I would say the issues I had were just and abnormally which happens. Based on the service and resolution I would have no problem buying from Stephens again or recommending them to others. I truly appreciate the work the service department and Bryan did to correct the issues with my car. Great guy!
