First off, he was the only person on the sales floor that was dressed like I was. Jeans, hoodie, might have needed a shave... You know, like a regular person. There was nothing about him that looked as if he would be a home wrecker. Classic wolf in sheeps' clothing ruse. I guess it's true, looks can be deceiving! Secondly, he got me financed! How the (expletive deleted) did that happen? It wasn't even one of those 'sell your soul' interest rates. I'm not sure what kind of black magic he practices, but it's damned effective! Thirdly, not only did he take my wife's bike in on trade, he somehow got it paid off! Pretty sure we owed more than the national debt on it, but he made it work & still had positive equity left in it to use for part of the down payment. Who does that? Lastly, through no fault of his I had to make multiple trips to the DMV & my local town hall to sign over my first born and so on and so forth. But every time I walked through the door he treated me like it was the first time I'd ever been there and that he wanted my business. Weird right? Here's where he lost that final star. Since taking delivery of the bike, I've had females throwing their numbers and panties at me. Nonstop! I try to tell them I'm married but they don't care. They just keep sitting on my bike and asking me to take them for rides! Branden KNEW this was going to happen!! And that's why I can only give 4 stars. If you go there for a bike, ask for Branden. He might be able to ruin your life too. *I am not a paid endorser of New England Cycle Center. All I got from them was a great deal on a great bike from a great salesperson.

We started off going towards the river front (which was beautiful) and from the boathouse we biked into the old Colt factory, stopping in at the Thomas Hooker brewery. Fantastic little spot to stop- it was game day so there was a lot of enthusiasm and energy. We biked through Bushnell park and eventually ended up in West Hartford at Blue Back Square before turning back into the city. The bikes were perfect throughout, well maintained and comfortable to zip around in. Cost wise, its an incredible deal. 20$ a bike for the day and 1$ bike locks. Renting through BiCi was such a great way to spend a day in Hartford. Great service. Great bikes. Great advice. 12/10 recommend.

I've just recently bought a beautiful Ducati Panigale S from this shop. I don't usually write…read morereviews but felt like I had to in this case. I looked at some of the other reviews written and I couldn't agree more. This is a terrific shop; great sales dept. (Dan) and the owner (Dave) are both super friendly and laid back. His daughter works there and is also very friendly. They have two beautiful and VERY friendly Golden Retrievers greeting customers as well. I mention all of this because it puts one at ease when you're there browsing / shopping. Full disclosure: I've been browsing there for a couple of years; I've stopped in quite a few times. I never felt pressured or annoyed by Dan or anyone there; they are super laid back. So I finally decided on buying a Ducati and the whole process was handled so well, from beginning to end. I've also had the service dept. install some mods for me and change out the rear sets, etc. Again - even the guy I dealt with in the service dept. was friendly and helpful. I read in one or two of the reviews that people were traveling pretty good distances to shop here and get service done on their bikes. I guess I'm extremely lucky to be about 7 miles (15 mins) from New Haven Power Sports.

Two months later, I got on the bike and the kickstand fell off, causing very minor damage. The bolt was not secured properly, and the kickstand itself was perfectly fine and intact--the problem was their installation. I called the service manager, Will, and he told me I could get the bike towed and that he would find prices for me to replace everything. I explained that the issue was not a failed part, but that it had not been put on correctly. I wasn't satisfied that the discussion would lead to a resolution , so I called the owner and explained what happened. The owner asked for pictures, sent me a text message telling me where to send them, and said they would follow up. Instead, I got a phone call from Will threatening me and saying I had gone behind his back. He told me it was a used part, not to come to his department anymore, that they were not servicing my bike, and that if I came there they would have me arrested. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said the owner did not want to talk to me and that he was talking to me instead. I only wanted the stand fixed so I could ride my bike, but instead I was met with hostility, threats, and refusal to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I picked up my bike on 5/31 and took off, I go home, and find out that underneath my bike was a missing transmission bolt. I end up calling them, telling them the situation and they say sorry, and to bring it back to the dealer. Now June 1, my birthday, I decided to ride my bike, I heard a noise and then a pop, bolts came out, I lost power, a burst of heat came out, which melted my lights underneath, and something started leaking, I had to have my bike towed. They were closed on Sunday & Monday, and when I spoke to them today they had a very nonchalant attitude about it. My understanding is that safety is number one, when you purchase a bike, they are supposed to check everything and make sure everything is in place, I feel that I bought a lemon. The first time they should have checked was when I got the bike, the second time should have been when I brought it in for the bolts to be tightened. Now on the phone with the same guy, very nonchalant saying they can only pick up my bike on Thursday. This is the experience I am having at Harley Davidson in Hartford. I wanted to share with everyone my experience. I have had my bike for 3 weeks and have not even enjoyed it. I feel like they do not care. Stay tuned I will keep everyone posted.
