There's only one word to describe this shop and the people who work there: AWESOME !! Josh was the first employee I dealt with. He was VERY friendly and helpful, and it seemed that he was still in training. But no worries, because Eddie came to assist him and completed my MANY questions about the covers I was interested in. I finally settled on a leather-looking seat covers with tan imitation ostrich panels (side bolsters). Eddie was very thorough about my special order, and he made absolutely sure that the covers would fit BY CALLING the supplier/maker, mainly because these covers were VERY pricey. He told me that they would arrive in a couple of weeks. The covers came about 10 days or so later. Josh set up the appointment and I was on time with my limited production 2025 Toyota GR86 Hakone Edition, 1 of 860 produced in the United States. My car had tan stitching all over her black interior, and I wanted to make sure it would match. Owner Daryl and Eddie quickly and methodically installed the covers while I browsed next door at Sportsman's Warehouse. After about 45 minutes, I decided to go back to Motor Sheep and wait it out. Another 10 minutes go by, and Eddie returns from the back and informs me that my car was done. I go out and take a look at their work. My jaw dropped to the asphalt because (1) I COULD NOT believe how GREAT the covers looked, and (2) the tan panels PERFECTLY matched the tan stitching of the interior. Really, it was as though the car came stock from the factory looking like that !! I know these guys probably struggled to get them on, because the covers were on TIGHTLY, with no visible sags, looseness or flaws. From the time I initially walked in their shop doors, to me driving away sitting on my new covers, I was treated with respect, patience and professionalism. So if you want to protect your investment, and are looking to install some great-looking seat covers, I highly, HIGHLY, suggest you give Motor Sheep a try. (Note: When we bought our minivan 7 years ago, we got seat covers from them as well. They were located near the Meadowood Mall back then, and were treated with the same professionalism. My one regret with my last vehicle was not getting seat covers... So when we bought my new car the first thing we did was head to Motor Sheep and talk to them about seat covers. The employee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, we ordered the covers, they took about 4 weeks to make (which was how long they estimated). Installation took about 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. The employee went above and beyond helping me with the kids car seats, taking them out and putting them back in nice and snug after the seat covers were installed. I have a 2020 Toyota Tundra 4x4 that has leather seats and I wanted to protect and preserve them, so I went to motor sheep after riding in my buddies Tundra who had gotten seat covers from motor sheep. I initially got just the two front seats done because I rarely have passengers, about a year later I had the back seats done also. I think I paid around 1000$ for both front and back, not cheap but to me it feels like an investment. Had to change my review, sadly. The staff and shop are awesome. Very nice and welcoming. But, my car seat covers that I purchased less than two years ago were already cracking. I called RMS and Eddie was super nice. He informed me that these kinds of issues are not covered by warranty after a year and the manufacturer won't honor a faulty product. So, in order to "fix" this, I have to buy a new cover. As you can imagine, buying another cover to have it tear again is not fun nor ideal. So.... Born and raised in Reno, I had buddies out of high school work here, but I never bought from them. I always just bought remotely and then did my own install, that way I only had me to blame. Last year I decided that it was time to release my grip a bit, and step into the customer side of seat covers etc. I stopped in and was given a huge variety of options, from a no pressure sale floor. It was more of a ," if we can help, we want your business, but if we can't, no worries, good luck and call with questions." I loved the ease of which we talked, and so I made my choice. I selected the "Carhartt" covers for my truck and had them installed timely and professionally by the crew here. About 5 months into this, my seat covers began to slip and slide and expose the seat, as well the rubbing was bothering me. I bought covers to protect my gear not to rub on them. After trying and trying and trying to make things works without going back to the shop for support, I finally tapped out and a few weeks ago I went into their new location and shared my displeasure with the covers. I was met with "Carhartt, yup we've had problems with them, that's why we stopped carrying that line. " I should note, it is at this very moment I was fully prepared for " can I sell you something else that may work better for your needs, essentially, you're outta luck." What I got however, was "yup, that's why we stopped carrying them, let me take a look.... (After looking around the truck for a few he again says) When can you leave it with me? I have an idea." We made an appointment and left. Upon our return, we dropped the truck and an hour or so later they called to say it was ready. And boy is it ready!!! He pulled the tabs, stitched in some catch-alls to hold the covers, tied it up underneath and secured it 100 times better than the manufacturer intended them to ever be secured. Now I will admit, I'm rushing this review, because, what if it doesn't work, I'll need some time to ensure it's fixed. All true. But at this point if the covers don't work, it's "Carhartt's" problem and not Motor sheep. They have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND and made every attempt to fix a broken issue that wasn't their fault. At this point if they don't work, we'll pull them and start over. But I will do so at this shop from now on, and going forward. You've earned a customer for life with me, my only regret is that I waited all these years to pull the trigger on a set of covers from them. Find some other place to buy your sheepskins or seat covers. We had Motor sheep install their best sheepskins on our 2015 Honda Pilot with leather. The vehicle was less than three years old with 30K miles when the drivers seat sheepskin began to develop a bald spot. See picture. Motor sheep called it normal wear and tear and only offered a 15% discount on a new set. We have a GMC pickup that we installed premium sheepskins on when we bought it with 30K. Ten years later, they still look nice and the GMC has 100K. Needless to say these sheepskins were NOT purchased at Motorsheep. It was the owner who only offered the 15% discount on a new set of their inferior sheepskins. I have ordered another set of the skins for our Honda, made by the company who made the ones on our GMC. I purchased a seat cover for my 1998 Jeep Cherokee (driver side) and I LOVE it. Perfect match to fit in with the original grey color scheme, and the fabric is tough and functional (very 'Jeep') cordura. The installer added a bit more foam to the well worn seat, making it firmer/more support. AND, the fabric is totally resistant to spill stains: of course I spilled my coffee on it the second day! Phoned their shop to get general ideas about prices for two bucket seats. Was quoted anywhere from $219 for fabric type to $399 for leather. He also quoted an added $10 charge for a canvas-fabric type on top of the $219. As our car has existing leather with both heated and cooled seats, only fabric was recommended. Made the 20 mile trip into town to the shop in order to pick out fabric seats but instead was accused of making up the phone conversation and low prices. All seats shown had prices several $100's of dollars higher. What a rip....no, it's called "bait and switch". DO NOT SHOP HERE. You can do much better - anywhere else. read more

Super service!! Originally was hesitant because of prior reviews, however tried them out after checking other competitors. I found their prices to be comparable with others, however the quality of the product I purchased was super for my application. The first day I had the covers on I had spilled coffee on the seat covers and they wiped up with no problem, really impressed. The Manager waited on us and he was professional, friendly and very knowledgable in the products.
