Had the pleasure of working with both Noah and Tom and they made the purchasing process easy and both were highly reliable.

Quality and perfection are two words that come to mind when describing Geza Gear motorcycle covers…read more There is no reason or need to buy a cheaper inferior product, because you'll end up replacing it over time and spend more money than you would have if you'd made the right choice in the first place and gone with Geza Gear. Geza Gear motorcycle covers are the best you can buy to protect your motorcycle inside and outside of the garage. I purchased my first cover in 2011 for my 2000 Kawasaki ZX-6R. I needed another cover for my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 40th Anniversary Edition and as luck would have it, Geza Gear was there to the rescue. My first cover had worked so well, that I would have been insane to not purchase another one. There have been a couple small changes since my first purchase, like the badge and the mirror covers. Now, the mirror covers are sewn in and my previous version they were loose (there are cinch cords to tighten for towing purposes). For my 2024, I currently choose to fold my mirrors up when not in use, but that is not a problem. The mirror sleeves tuck in nicely out of the way. If you love your motorcycles as much as I love mine, show it by purchasing a cover from Geza Gear. If you take care of them, they will take care of you.

I purchased an 'Elite Plus' cover which is advertised as rated for 105mph and 15000 miles per year…read more(150000m lifetime). After only about 10000 miles the cover basically disintegrated to the point that several large holes developed in it and the fabric was so thin you could see clearly through it. Geza Gear has refused to honour their warantee unless I ship the cover back to them for 'evaluation' (at my expense). Now we all know what that means, they'll come up with some BS that it was used improperly or some other excuse and will refuse to honour the warantee. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Most of the other bike shops I stepped foot in managed to mansplain me right back out the door. Laurel was patient and helpful as I tried on literally every pair of pants (men and women) in the showroom. The crew there was also super gracious in helping me with some basic questions about my new bike. Love my new riding pants and gloves. Really looking forward to coming back to take a basic maintenance class, learn more about fixing my bike up myself, and meeting more riders.

It's also a great place to learn more about your machine, make repairs, and customize. Gear selection is limited to make finding what you want easy. The shop is very spacious to keep the space feeling more like a hangout than a warehouse for merchandise. A lot of the brands are not distributed by any other brick and mortar shop in the area (Saint comes to mind), and all are high quality and stuff you would actually buy. There is also a selection of supplies, which is targeted for members if the motorcycle club. They stock 15-50 boxer oil which is hard to find to support the boxer owners that are members. This evolving support is part of what makes membership valuable. Which brings us to membership. Half of the space is a members only garage which is available by signing up for one of a few membership tiers. Dues vary with access: higher tiers cost more and give you more time to make use if the garage space, use the wide assortment of shop tools, and in a few cases give access to specialized machinery. Classes that are made available to the public are offered to members at a discounted rate. It's common for 2-3 different projects being worked on, and collaboration is natural. The DC moto scene is small but welcoming, and Dunn Lewis is definitely a good place to connect. They offer events and rides that are available for anyone, and it would be hard not to get involved with DC moto clubs like dirt church if you hang around the shop. Mason and Laurel who run the shop are always available for tips on what's happening around the city and are a huge part of what make DLMC worth supporting. There's also great food and bars on the same block. Worth mentioning. As far as what could be better: it's a new space and features are growing. So if it doesn't have everything you need, you might have to wait for them to bring it in. But you only need to make the suggestion and it's something you'll probably see in the future. All moto and scooter riders are welcome. More than worth a look.

I wish I could express positive feedback about JT Motorsports in Frederick, Maryland, but…read moreunfortunately, that's not the case. Recently, I asked JT Motorsports to supply and mount two motorcycle tires. I was surprised to find that the price of these tires was 35% higher than what I paid for the same brand and size two years ago. I attributed this increase to the rising cost of living in Maryland, as my last set was purchased during Sturgis Bike Week at J&P Cycles on a Sunday (Mid-Rally). However, when I received the (1st) invoice, I was stunned to find a charge of $360. I couldn't believe it and thought there must have been an error. Even the staff member seemed surprised. He double-checked the invoice and printed a revised bill of $288. Although this was a reduction, I was still taken aback by the amount, especially since I was expecting to pay closer to my last experience ($200). I reached out to several well-known motorcycle groups to gauge what others would expect to pay for such a service. Most members estimated the cost at around $40 to $80 per tire. In short, I was disappointed with the invoices received and paid. Unless there is an adjustment to their pricing structure, I will not be returning to JT Motorsports for future purchases. It's disappointing because I had hoped to have a nearby reliable establishment for my motorcycle needs.

Check out the dealer incentives they may have at the time you purchase because I assumed and did better at the dealer . The on site insurance professional Dwight Foley streamlined that insurance and also provided top tier service . He walked me through my options and gave me the best rates based on the area I live in. While waiting I visited the service department and grabbed a cover just in case I need to leave it outside of my garage. Mike in the service department also sold me a much needed phone mount and the different components to prevent damage from the vibration of the machine messing with the phone parts . I thank Mike, he really went above and beyond to help and aided in the installation process with the technician before I left the property. So I was pleased with the over all experience , after you leave financing they have you ring a bell and you get to sign the wall of signifiers to celebrate your purchase which is so cool.
