Bought a cover for my Triumph Speed Triple to trailer it from Virginia to Washington state a couple weeks ago. At first I was worried I'd maybe bought something too small but once I had it over the bike, it was covering all the essential bits snugly. I needed another cover for my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 40th Anniversary Edition and as luck would have it, Geza Gear was there to the rescue. My first cover had worked so well, that I would have been insane to not purchase another one. There have been a couple small changes since my first purchase, like the badge and the mirror covers. Now, the mirror covers are sewn in and my previous version they were loose (there are cinch cords to tighten for towing purposes). For my 2024, I currently choose to fold my mirrors up when not in use, but that is not a problem. The mirror sleeves tuck in nicely out of the way. If you love your motorcycles as much as I love mine, show it by purchasing a cover from Geza Gear. If you take care of them, they will take care of you. read more

I purchased an 'Elite Plus' cover which is advertised as rated for 105mph and 15000 miles per year (150000m lifetime). After only about 10000 miles the cover basically disintegrated to the point that several large holes developed in it and the fabric was so thin you could see clearly through it. Geza Gear has refused to honour their warantee unless I ship the cover back to them for 'evaluation' (at my expense). Now we all know what that means, they'll come up with some BS that it was used improperly or some other excuse and will refuse to honour the warantee. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. read more

I just posted another picture that shows that you have no idea of what you are talking about or you are just plane lying. Yes, the line you see is the seam. Look closer at the line above the seam, that is the edge of the inner cover. Look at the lump in the outer cover, that is the loop on the inner cover. Had the inner cover fit properly, I would have tied that loop under the bike. Hey Dumb Dumb, You will want to change your story again... you said you stopped working with me on June 5th? I guess you missed this part: - 5/24 I sent an email saying "If there is no plan, I want to return both covers" - After not hearing from your company regarding the 5/24 email, on 6/1 I asked again for a return shipping label - After several more unanswered calls to your company, I filed the claim with the credit card company on June 2, - On June 19, Tom emailed me a shipping label. How many times have you changed your story to correct the lies that you previously posted? Feel free to keep changing your story to fit the facts that I am posting. When did you EVER properly address the scratched on my motorcycle? You didn't. Once I submitted the estimate, your folks stopped taking calls and replying to emails. Here is the important thing to remember folks: I had my motorcycle repaired and now I am out $1,600 dollars for a cover that is worthless and for the repairs to a damaged motorcycle. Mark can be done with me but I am in no way done with him and Geza Gear. My plan is to make sure that no one else has to go through what I (and others) have. Mark claims that I asked them to custom make a cover for my bike. Shouldn't the original cover that they sold to me as "custom fit" actually fit my motorcycle and not scratch it? Wouldn't you assume that when you purchase a custom fit cover for $649.95 that it would fit? I didn't ask them to make a custom cover, I asked to make a replacement cover that fit my motorcycle. That is after all, what you sold me. My motorcycle is a stock Harley Davidson Road Glide. Any cover he would have made for my motorcycle would fit EVERY Harley Davidson Road Glide or Harley Davidson Electra Glide that ever existed. Asking you to create an inner cover that fit one of the most ridden touring bikes in the world was doing them a favor but they were too stupid to realize it. GEZA has Great Sales Team and Product Thank you sooo much. I called GEZA on July 6 and ordered a half cover for my 2016 Yamaha FJR 1300 ES. Everything went well until I told "LUKE" (person on the phone) I needed the cover by July 11th, when my bride and I were leaving on our honeymoon trip to Michigan. It was quiet for a moment, then Luke said "GEZA was 3 weeks out for deliveries". I paused and told him I still want it, even if it gets delivered after July 11th. LUKE said, "let me check with manufacturing". I checked with LUKE over the next couple days, but no promises were made. To my surprise the GEZA cover arrived at my house on July 10th!!! This gave me time to try fitting it on my bike, and it fit like a glove. Got the bike loaded onto the trailer with the GEZA cover in place. Drove 1000 miles round trip. Cover performed wonderfully. Very satisfied with the Geza Elite Series cover I purchased last year for my KTM 390 Duke. After a 2500 mile round trip journey from Michigan to Tucson followed shortly thereafter by a 1200 mile round trip to Deal's Gap, Tennessee, I can attest this cover is superb. It fit perfectly, and the loops at the bottom allow you to use bungees to achieve a nice tight fit. For my application I used a Canyon Dancer and also straps on the forks and rear frame. I towed at 68 mph with no issues. While returning from Tucson I ran into a 2 hour downpour between Tucumcari, NM and Amarillo, TX and the bike stayed dry. I was looking for a motorcycle cover for road trips that was compact and kept my bike clean and dry when I stopped for the night and Geza came through. After ordering online what I thought I wanted, I called to verify the order. I spoke to Luke extensively about the covers and after explaining what I was going to use it for he guided me to the cover I needed. He also said that these are made to order and not a shelf item. Fortunately, I was in no hurry so that wasn't an issue. Just bare that in mind when you order yours. I must say the wait was well worth it! It fits perfectly! It is way more than I expected. Plenty of tie down loops in the right places. The fit and finish is as professional as you can get. The quality and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Rolls up tightly and fits into the bag I ordered with it. It winds up being about the size of a Nerf football. Fits nicely in a saddlebag. Unfortunately this is the second review I have written regarding my experience with a Geza Gear bike cover. Since I posted the first review before contacting them, I thought it only fair to take the post down and give them a chance to figure out a solution. They insisted they wanted to make me a happy customer and be a part of the " Geza Gear Family". Once I deleted the unfavorable post with their promise to make it right, their offers evaporated into thin air. The cover I received is not the right size to properly cover even the engine boxers and bungee cords are needed to come close. This places an undue strain on the mirrors. Although I indicated the bike had mirrors, no mirror covers were sent. Their rep asked if there were mirror covers and then asked me to send pictures. I did so in a timely manner. That was in early spring 2018. I got an email asking what the condition of the cover was (very good) and wrote back. There's the end of the story and communication. In July, totally frustrated I called the marketing department to find out if perhaps the person I was communicating with was no longer with the company. I was told he was in another location. My call did nothing to illicit an answer, or action, from anyone. As they did with my initial review and other unfavorable ones I've read on various sites they will come back with a quick retort in their defense. Bottom line is, if you want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a motorcycle cover that doesn't exactly cover your bike, order one from Geza Gear. read more

I have owned a Geza Motorcycle Cover for a few years. It has performed flawlessly. I will say at time it has let some minimal rain thru the fabric but I knew I was getting a cover that was breathable and weather resistant not water-proof, so it is not a big deal. I have talked with many cover owners at rallys that said they have had theirs for 8-15 years with little to no wear to the material. If fact one person told me he cut tow strap slits into the fabric and 8 years over towing cross country the slits look like they day the were made. Geza has a 10 year warranty on the fabric and lifetime on stiching and seams, which I have not seen from anyone else. The most I have seen is 1-2 years max. While I know Geza is not just another cover... It is THE COVER! read more

First and foremost the Geza cover is really nice and I have owned two previous Geva's, very happy with the product. However, the last order I made on March 19 2014 I I received no confirmation email or anything, although, on March 21st I was charged, thus I assumed Geva got my order. So, I anticipated receiving the cover any day. No such luck. I placed a follow-up email on April 21st and was told it was about to be shipped. Made another call, left a message, and received a phone call message indicating the cover was being shipped. Received the cover on May 8th..............about 50 days after my order. Quite frankly, I was in no hurry whatsoever, however, when being charged for something, I expect to receive ithat "something" within a timeframe consistent with being charged. Again, all my previous Geva's have been great products. And I can only imagine with the hundreds of bikes on the market the cover must be custom made. Nevertheless, "50 days" is a lot of sewing time. I got so uninterested in the cover when I received it I just tossed it in with all my other motor gear. I have yet to check the fit. I am hoping that it has my initials embroidered in gold on it. read more

I am the kind rider who would pay $200-$600 for a high quality motorcycle cover. Not wealthy at all, but I care about my bike. I spent so much cash on it that I might as well protect my investment. On June 10, sent an email expressing interest in a specific cover. On June 12 I had received no response so I emailed a second time. On June 12 (later that day) they finally email me telling me I would get a call "tomorrow". On June 17 around 6:41pm I finally get a call which I missed. No voice message. Only when I Googled the number did I realize someone Geza had called. All and all it took 1 week for someone to get back to me and that person never even left a message indicating who they were. To Gezagears credit I was contacted regarding my order, within a few hours of my review. I gave them my updated credit card number and they said my cover would be shipped on the following Monday 12/18/17. However on the 19th I received another call indicating it would be mail today the 19th and guaranteed delivery by Christmas. To date, I have not received cover, any official shipping confirmation, tracking information, and my card has not beed charged. I bought one of these "custom fit" covers -- the "top of the line" for $350, and it does not fit worth a darn. It sags/bags/droops/flaps and beats my bike to pieces when I try to use it for towing. Numerous attempts to rectify the situation were futile -- they REFUSED to return the item, and claimed it was made to "perfectly fit"! When I called the salesweasel that sold it to me -- he told me it was MY FAULT that it didn't work properly, yelled at me on the phone, and then hung up on me -- extremely unprofessional!! I bought the elite plus cover with the waterproof liner for use on my brand new 2018 Harley Street Glide that rides on a hydra lift on the back of my diesel pusher. I have seen a lot in my 59 years, but I don't think I have ever seen the vortex of crud that is created behind our motorhome when it is chugging down the road at 75 mph. We went from pouring rain the first day, mist the second turning into sleet and finally turning to snow as we pulled into Montana on the third day. I thought that there was no way that any get up was going to keep my bike protected and was further depressed when looking at our shinny black tow vehicle now gray. I also worried about the inner liner chafing the clear coat by buffeting under the geza cover. When we got to our location in California and removed the covers I was truly amazed. The bike was as clean as the day I covered it, save for a very little bit of spotting on the very bottom of the rear fender and tailpipe tips. And the best part, not even a hint of damage to the clear coat. After my 2600 mi trip, I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. A few years ago I would have given them 5 stars without hesitation. The cover they sold me was FANTASTIC -- way better than anything else I have ever seen. Now I have a new bike and ordered a new cover to fit. . . Geza was attentive, paid attention to my custom measurements, followed-up by email, and the order was placed. That was over 4 weeks ago. I have twice been promised they were going to cut and make my cover, but so far nothing has happened. I don't know what is going on over there, but I am disappointed that I have not received my cover yet. If it ever shows up, it will be fantastic, I am sure. Just Do What You Say You Are Going To Do. I had to send back to them the liner cover. It ripped about 4 ft long on top. I sent it back about 3 months ago to have it repaired. The post office confirmed that it was delivered. I left many messages. Finally Tom called me but he said he didnt have access to the receiving location at the time and he said he would check it out the next morning and he would call me back in the morning. It has been 2 weeks and I havnt heard. I called again today and I couldnt leave a message because his voicemail was full. Tom, are you the only person that works there? Are a one man opporation? I dont know if I will ever hear from them again. I guess I will have to use my old full cover as a lining that goes under my Geza cover. Crappy product, AND worse customer service! These guys are masters of avoiding taking care of their customers (look at their reviews!). I bought one of their "custom" covers, and it doesn't fit worth a darn. They basically argued with me and said that it DOES FIT. Now how the heck can they tell me it fits, just because they claim it was custom made? I'm standing here looking at it, and it's a worse fit than it would be with a cover you can buy at any motorcycle shop that's "one size fits all" for about $40 bucks, and I paid SEVEN TIMES that much for it. They want a restocking fee for me to return it, and that's BS!!! They made crap, argued with me about it, and want me to pay them to take it back?!? What JERKS!!! Do yourself a favor and read Geza's comments to their MANY customer complaints. They argue with their customers in their comments, which is exactly what makes them CRAPPY at customer service. They don't understand the notion that the "customer is always right", so hopefully they will fail at their business and spare more people the misery of dealing with them! read more

GEZA GEAR Motorcycle Cover - Pro-Plus Series Product Performance: Very POOR while motorcycle is in tow; Good as a Dust Cover. Customer Support: Very POOR I purchased a GEZA GEAR Pro Plus Series cover late 2011. When the cover arrived I installed it & noted that it did not appear to be a custom fit for my specific bike (& accessories) due to the 'baggy' fit around the headlight & the saddlebags. In January 2012 I towed my bike from Chicago to FL which was about a 1,500 mile trip (one way). During this trip my typical highway speed was 60-70 mph. When I removed the cover upon arrival in FL the bike was filthy w/road debris and was showing signs of corrosion (on 'Harley factory chrome'- front end components, headlight shroud, throttle and brake housing, mirrors, etc., along w/ other chrome components on the bike including floorboards, footrests & tank trim, etc.). When one purchases what is supposed to be the best & I believe highest priced cover on the market it's not unreasonable to have high expectations for the purchase & the companies support. Between the poor fit, its inability to protect the bike from road debris while in tow and 'less than customer friendly' customer support - - - GEZA GEAR has put me in a tenable position. GEZA GEAR's website claims: "Our motorcycle covers are built to perfectly fit & protect every type of motorcycle from all leading manufacturers", & "Our motorcycle covers are custom built to order, towable on an open trailer, for use in all weather conditions . . . " & "The Pro-PLUS Series can be used for indoor use and long term indoor storage, outdoor daily sun exposure, snow, hail, & windstorms. Can also be towed at higher speeds for longer distances". GEZA GEAR creates an impression for it's prospective customer by making statements like "flawless form fit around your exact bike", & "We build highly specialized materials to adequately protect your motorcycle, to function properly, & to last for years through punishing conditions". The cover I received did not meet these claims. I was un-impressed with the fit of the cover based on these claims but what was incredibly disappointed that the cover did not protect the bike when in tow (web claim is up to 85 mph) - - - which it did not. When I contacted GEZA GEAR to discuss this underperforming they confirmed I received the correct cover for the bike (& accessories) it was installed on. To justify the poor fit they forwarded pictures of other customer applications that identified that this 'baggy' fit was typical and correct for this design. In going through email discussions with GEZA GEAR they never addressed my question as to why the cover did not protect the bike while in tow. During our email exchanges I pointed out that the cover design they recommended had a 'built in' design issue that allows road debris to enter the underside of the cover at the front of the bike while in tow (ie. opening in the front of the cover below the headlight between the forks). I have concluded that this design flaw is the causal issue of the problem I have experienced. After multiple email correspondence with not less than 6 GEZA GEAR personnel it became apparent that their customer approach to addressing this issues was to keep changing customer interface personnel and repeating their claims while never addressing the real issue at hand (yes - 6 personnel . . . 3 CSRs, the Customer Support Manager, the Production Manager and another senior level company executive). The operative question at hand was that I was NEVER able to get feedback as to why the cover would not perform while in tow. To confirm correct usage I forwarded pictures of the cover installed on my bike with the appropriate tie-down technique which looked identical to the pictures they forwarded of other customers covers. After near 50 email exchanges (yes . . . We had about 50 email exchanges w/ 6 personnel ! ! !) over a 2 1/2+ month period of time I concluded that GEZA GEAR does not have an answer to this question & had been less than customer friendly in addressing these issues or in honoring their website claims. Their only constructive suggestion was to return the cover I ordered (at my expense) and . . . for an undefined up-charge . . . they would supply me with a 'full' cover which should resolve the 'road debris' problems I have encountered. I had suggested in at least 2 emails that they consider changing their website descriptions and claims about their products that suggest their cover protects a bike while in tow which they never addressed and to date I noticed they have not adjusted these web claims. IN SUMMARY . . . My experience indicates that GEZA GEAR is a company that has provided me with a cover that does not meet their product claims as published on their website and that they are incredibly difficult to deal with as it relates to Customer Support for problems that relate to their product. read more

Received my third Geza Gear motorcycle cover, I got my first one in about 2007, it was a perfect fit and it lasted well. As I park my motorcycle outside year round the old one had faded and torn in a few spots. The second one did not fit at all and was way too small, I would have returned it but as I didn't realize I'd received it until about a year later it was too late to return! So, I ordered another cover, this one took about 2 months for delivery, as soon as it arrived I rushed outside to try it! This one didn't seem to fit very well either.. I called Tom at Geza Gear, took a few pictures and sent them to him. He got back to me within an hour and told me that I was installing it wrong, and told me the correct way. It took me a few minutes to figure it out and then I realized that the new cover was in fact a perfect fit and covers my touring boxes too. I'm very happy and would recommend Geza Gear covers to anyone, they are slow in shipping, but that's because it's custom made for you. Here I am 14 years later and I just put it on my current new bike and it's essentially as good as new.
