Their printer was broken, and instead of taking responsibility or offering real solutions, the employee continuously made excuses and acted like it was our problem. To make matters worse, they were blatantly rude throughout the visit, which only added to the frustration. For a company handling something as serious as TWIC applications, this level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

And we tax payers get frustrated when one of America's oldest institutions...can't for what ever reason get it done. That's the reason FedEx exists. It seems like we continually see more dollars go to support an inefficient and unreliable Postal System. If you keep your receipt, you can at least get your money back from the Post Office...but when you ask, what happened....they can't explain...and worse yet...they don't care..after all, it's not their business. Enough venting, suffice it to say I will NEVER use the Post Office overnight service again for something that must arrive the next day. I like this location, facing the Main Street side of the road in the street level corner of the Bank of America building. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The only downside is there is no dedicated parking, you have to go to a garage...or risk parking on the curb and getting a ticket. You may pay a little more, but they deliver!

I will never step foot in Carytown Pack & Ship again. While the junior staff is fine, the manager, Stephanie Clark, is completely unhinged. I went in to pick up my business mail--something I've done for months--and was met with a screaming tantrum. She slammed her equipment on the counter and began yelling at me in front of a store full of people because she wanted me to use an app instead of just showing my ID. To make matters worse, she then refused to give me my mail--a criminal act (theft) and federal offense since it's U.S. mail. If you are a business owner, do not trust this place with your documents. The lack of self-control from management is startling and the "customer service" is non-existent. Avoid if you actually want your mail. Or even if you just expect a modicum of a normal experience.

What I saw there was complete chaos -- packages stacked carelessly, no accountability, and no effort to resolve problems. Even though it carries the UPS name, this store is a franchise location and operates with no professional oversight. Do not assume the UPS logo means your package is safe here. This store should not be in Carytown considering the quality of service you receive.

For some reason, the pickup date changed one business day sooner. I called about this discrepancy and the team here said they'd ship it back to the sender if I didn't pick it up by their new deadline. I was out of town and had to have a friend get it for me, since they were unwilling to hold it until the original pickup date (just the next business day!) when I was back and able to get it. As a neighborhood store in a small city, I expect a little more neighborly kindness and flexibility. It would have cost them nothing to hold onto my package until the next business day, or to at least treat me with some decency and empathy. Terrible experience with the supervisor, Patrick, and the team at this location. It felt like they were on a power trip of some sort and holding my shipment hostage from me. I'll never use this location again and will plan to use FedEx next time. Update: after telling me a friend could pick it up for me with written permission, this store refused to let them pick it up. As the shipping date got closer we noticed that there was a warning saying that they only deliver to our area occasionally. I called their customer service line on a Wednesday (Call center is in India, not the U.S.) and was assured that delivery would be on that coming Friday. I called again on Thursday just to make sure and was, again, assured that Friday is the day they deliver to our area. By 3:00 Friday I became concerned because our shipment had not yet arrived. I called again and asked to speak to someone at the Fontana, CA warehouse. Phil, the manager, informed me that A.) the tracking number is meant for internal use (by them) and not meant for me to use as any sort of guide. B.) We did not have a delivery date scheduled yet even though customer service said we did C.) That customer service is in another country and that they don't have the ability to schedule appointments or to even see when appointments ARE scheduled. D.) That their company isn't really a U.S. company anymore, it is Canadian owned. I asked how we are supposed to be scheduled for delivery and Phil said that someone was supposed to call us. He then realized that they DID indeed have my correct phone number on file and that it was their fault. His solution? For me to wait another week for the shipment to be delivered. I told him I might have to try to pick it up from the warehouse myself but wasn't sure if it would be feasible. I asked who I would speak to if I wasn't able to pick it up myself and would need it to be delivered by them the following week. He told me to call their customer service number and ask to be transferred to the U.S. to speak to them. I tried calling for the next three days before the next delivery date to our area. Every time I got customer service in India and they put me on hold to transfer me, they then hung up on me. The delivery date came and went. It has now been two weeks. I still have not heard back from them. I am advising the company we bought the generator from to not use them anymore. Their slogan on their website is "Get Started with TForce Freight LTL." However.... if you do get STARTED with them, it will never end! Worst experience EVER!

We scheduled a freight pickup on Wednesday for same day pickup. It is now the following Monday,…read moreless than 1 hour before closing time, and they have yet to pick up our shipment. Every time I call them, which has been at least 3 times per day starting Thursday morning, they assure me it will be picked up that day. On Friday they actually showed up (after our closing time, which they were aware of from the beginning) with only 2 pallet spaces on the truck for our 5 pallet shipment (they were aware of how many pallets it was). Will they show up today? Probably not!
