Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. They never put emblems on car as well saying its ready to pickup Now I'm dealing with a dispute and additional costs to fix their mistakes. I'm ready for the summer, but also noticed that tinting the windshield really helps with the led light glare at night, and super helps when you have some big dumb truck led lights blinding you in the back. I'm even thinking of tinting my side mirrors. While it's not the cheapest option out there, it's something I'd highly recommend. Buy once cry once is my mantra.
