Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

I have a very specific project and called several companies in Sacramento. Dan was really the only one who took some time to look at my project and get back to me and explain to me why they couldn't do it. If I change my project or I get ready to get the windows on my Jeep tinted, I will come back here for sure. I feel the initial contact with the company already tells you how it's going to be if you actually hire them.

Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. PPF edges were jagged and there were lots of particles and air bubbles under the film. My husband and I were so disappointed that we requested to have the PPF removed and refunded, but they refused. The manager kept insisting for us to give them a second chance, so we did. The second time around, it was acceptable, but not great. We can still see the overstretched areas. The driver's side mirror was peeling at the edge. Once again, we had to bring the car back in. Never had a company wasted so much of my time. All I have to say is, it should have been done right the first time. Considering the inconveniences we went through and the result of the PPF, it was not worth the price we paid.
