Her class did not start up with a warm up stretching session. I would end up coming earlier and stretching before class. 2) Proper form and technique was not touched upon as thoroughly as it should have been. You can cause serious harm to yourself if you are not practicing the proper form while belly dancing. All dance classes I have taken previously emphasis safe dance practices, I didn't really get that from her class. Haley was a very fun instructor, and the practices were very enjoyable, but I wouldn't take the class again for the above specified reasons. Edit: I would also like to add that there was a day or two that she was clearly going through some personal trials and used the hour to make herself feel better (left all of us behind and danced for herself) instead of focusing on her students. That felt very unprofessional to me.

I really appreciate how attuned the instructors are at not only teaching the generic dance steps, but also really seeing what will benefit each student, and teaching accordingly. I'm someone who cares most about the feeling and essence of the dance - I love feeling inspired while dancing, and I really feel this here. I've had the most experience dancing with instructors Ryan, Danielle and Josh and am smiling and laughing with every lesson and class. But all of the instructors seem wonderful. My old back problem played up again this morning. Normally I would trooper through but seeing this…read morewas my vacation I decided to let a professional look at it. Big problem it was Sunday and all the studios were closed. I've drove around and found Just Breath Pilates. Even though they were closed there was somebody inside the studio and I knocked on the window and explained my problem. Around an hour later I was outside again, with a back that felt a whole lot better. Thank god for all the stretching and those special exercises :-) Just Breath Pilates saved the day. The girl who helped me was very friendly and the atmosphere was very open. It was also extremely cool that they helped me, even though they were closed. I thanked them for that one a lot. But the girl brushed those words of with 'happy to be of service'. One thing that was funny is: the studio has machines that looks like set pieces form 50 shades of grey. But they helped ;-) The stretching helped my back, but afterward the girl who helped me said I had let someone help with my back when I got home. Which was good advice.

My coworker (a fellow traveler) recommended this place. The added benefit of this place is you can sign up online and pay for classes individually or in a package. I convinced myself to sign up for AlReal Yoga. Please know I haven't done yoga in over a year and at no point did I look graceful or at all like I know what I'm doing. AlReal Yoga involves the use of a hammock to provide a deeper stretch because you get a little more stability. I thought I'd lost my mind for deciding to make that my first experience trying yoga again. Bless Belinda. She took one look at me and came over to offer reassurance. I appreciated the fact that she helped me figure out what to do during class when I floundered around with the hammock. After sweating like I'd run 3 miles and feeling like and uncoordinated oaf, I promised myself I'd come back the following week. I noticed the next day I was sore in all the right places. I ended signing up for Morning Yoga with Jami and enjoyed that also. She reassured me and I got an excellent stretch from that session. This place is ideal because they have so many options for classes. Not just yoga, but barre/spin/Pilates/fusion classes. It's almost as if they aren't being paid to be there. If the customer service doesn't improve I will be removing my daughter altogether. The gym is also extremely dirty in my opinion and needs a good deep clean.

Small class sizes are important to me so my daughter gets more one on one attention and the class my daughter takes is fairly small. The size of the gym and the amount of equipment for the littles is really cool. They keep the kids moving! I love that there are plenty of seats for parents to observe as well.
