The one thing to avoid is the chicken curry, mother of god the level of salt, it dries up your mouth and it's not accidental, you need more drink it's bad, The food is ok chicken has improved but avoid the pizza. The dessert is ok can't fault it but no need to cut the desserts into so many small pieces. In line with COVID they are super on board with everything required for COVID and you have nothing to worry about just you need gloves So m

China buffet King seems to have died of death in Glasgow where they used to be literally on every street. Trends and novelties change as most people don't eat that kind of food. On the buffet there isn't really a selection everything is battered and coated with a different sauce with exception to the chips. The food in the hot holding counters are not holding the food warm enough so food served is usually Luke warm. The only canned drinks on offer is lager, they don't serve Coke or bottled drinks they prefer draught that taste rank. Not a place l would ever go to again. Should be really zero stars.

I came on a Saturday afternoon with two friends for £10.99 per person. For this price, we were able to eat to our hearts' content from all the noodles, meats, veggies. The food ranges from Chinese dishes to Western fried goods to Japanese sushi. There is even a crepe station where they make chinese savory crepes or chocolate banana crepes right in front of you! It is safe to say that I was very pleased with the selection. The only thing is that there was not much seafood items and the sushi rolls were pretty cheaply made with minimal fillings. Nonetheless, it was still satisfactory due to all the other options available. I was pleasantly surprised by the peking duck wraps as well, which is quite the treat in Chinese culture. There are a few cakes, fruits, and ice cream for dessert although I do think this could be improved. I even saw a waffle bubble wrap station, but no one was there to make them unfortunately. Overall, this is the place for your Asian cravings or when you're feeling really hungry. As someone who grew up eating Asian food all of my life, China Red does a good job with the Chinese food and more. Come here for lunch to really make it worthwhile.

Fortunately no Panda's on the menu. There's loads now all over town and I was told this is one of the better ones. I think the location is spot on as it's at the heart of the Springfield Quay. The selection they had on offer was not too bad with a few more dishes which I felt I could try. I'm sometimes stumped at some of the dishes and always end up getting the same thing. I really enjoyed the food and managed to get tucked into 4 platefuls, which is pretty unusual for wee me. The honey chicken and duck with pancakes were my favourites. I did find the cola a bit em...weird. It was all unknown ginger except for Sunkist, which I'm not a fan of. It was bottomless and it was wet, it did the job. The ice cream was actual real ice cream, no Mr Whippy here. You could scoop out as much as you liked, the Raspberry Ripple was my fav. They did have notices up warning people if you left a lot of food that a charge of £4 would be incurred. They want to detour people from food wastage and I think that's an excellent idea as some people can get quite carried away. I did find this branch quite noisy as it's very popular with families especially as I believe the meat is Halal. We were seated next to a balcony, which I thought was a great idea but not when the kids are running in and out the door every five minutes causing a massive draft. Brrrr!!! The staff are spot on and on the ball and clear up quickly and try and keep the buffet topped up. We were greeted by, who I believe was the manager (he had a power ponytail) and he was very pleasant and checked my reservation and took us to our seats. He checked a few times to see we were ok but not that in your face way. It was a pleasant experience and although it has a few faults, it still is better than some of the other Chinese buffet restaurants out there. For £11.95 for eating as much as you can on a Saturday evening, ye jist cannae argue with that. They even have a board with pictures of Pandas which you can buy. We just posed with our Panda shades instead. Hehe!!

I love this place…read more Food always fresh tasting, hot and flavourful. Portion sizes are just perfect. Even have option of buffet style for specific timing throughout the week. The buffet is always getting the food changed after a short period of time lying so that everything is fresh. Any time I have been here Iv been with my family and disabled mother who is in a wheel chair, the members of staff can't help us any more and always got a smile on there faces. Had a few events here to from 21st birthday to just a family day out. Would highly recommend to try this place.
