ALWAYS take off the bed covers in ANY hotel.

I gotta say. After reading reviews on Yelp- I was expecting the worst. After 6 hours on the road... This place isn't the worst. If you're looking for somewhere to stay for the week- keep looking. However. If you're looking for a place to lay your head for a night or two this is a cheap spot that'll get the job done.

Dried dead roaches right next to the bed. House cleaning is a joke here.

The non-smoking rooms smell like smoke and weed. I asked to be moved twice with no luck of things getting better. This place is a dump and looks nothing like what is shown on Expedia. Don't come here with kids. Too many shady people around.

I will start off by saying that I needed a room because of the power outage in Stafford in January 2022 and I needed a room. My reservation was made online and I proceeded to the hotel. Once I arrived there was a couple and a single woman with about 4 children waiting to check in. The head clerk advised us that we would have to wait until 3:00 PM to check in and it was 2:40 PM. Mind you that there was a woman with small children and we were in the midst of one of the worst storms this area had in decades, so we waited while the clerk remained behind the glass counter until approximately 2:55 PM to check us in. Once checked in, we went to our room which was filthy, the linens and towels had a filthy appearance and the bathroom had cheap sparkle repairs and was at the least, atrocious. I regretted leaving my powerless house and will not even entertain staying in this hotel for any reason and would rather sleep in my truck!

A girlfriend and I are headed to Savannah in the morning and just wanted a place to stay for 1 night so we could avoid DC traffic (coming from MD). The first thing I noticed was that the pool was still filled and glowing blue, pretty sure the Motel 6 doesn't have a year round heated pool for their guests so not sure what the deal was. We ended up being put in a room that faced the pool and several times it sounded like kids running past our window (mind you it was after 11 pm). The beds were comfortable enough and for the most part the room was clean but it's clear this place has been neglected but we only needed the room for essentially 8 hours and they do allow pets so no biggie. I did notice all kinds of odd marks and gobs of God knows what all over the bathroom wall - kinda hard to miss since the toilet provides a direct view. I was hoping that a hair dryer would be supplied but this place just had the basics and not even all of those (why have a tissue dispenser if you're not gonna fill it?). We checked out super early the next morning and as we pulled up to the front desk entrance the desk clerk was out front with what was most definitely a prostitute who looked like she had yet to go to bed from the night before but skipped off to her room in a hurry when we got out of the car. Not sure if the Red Roof Inn next door is any better but if I'm ever thru this way again I'll definitely look for a better option.

I frequent Motel 6 because it's cheap, and I travel a lot for a living. I don't expect a cheap motel to have a ton of amenities. I just expect a clean room, and maybe a tv. This location is close to the interstate and just a few minutes away from Walmart and various fast food restaurants. So it is conveniently located. The rooms had potential to be really nice once, but they definitely weren't during my stay. The room was dirty and falling apart. The water didn't get hot, nor the heat. It was about 65 in the room and the heat kept shutting off, despite the fact the gap in the door let in a ton of cold air. Despite being a non smoking room, it smelled strongly of stale smoke. What scared me the most was the door. The door would not close properly. I had to body slam it to get the latch to take. Housekeeping failed to do this and the door was wide open when I came in from work. It was not a pleasant experience. The front desk was very nice, however, overall, I was disappointed with this location.

I am only giving one star because the front desk lady was nice. As a past housekeeper, your housekeepers need fired. Like the day after you hired them. We found blood and pubic hair all thru the beds meaning they were not changed. How lazy and gross. Also The towel at sink have shaved facial hair still wiped on it with blood as well. This place scares me. It was so dirty. Theres black long hairs clumps everywhere on the floor that got stuck on our feet so we wore shows at all times after that. Honestly you just need to better your cleaning because its atrocious. There was dirt piles in every corner meaning they havent cleaned floors in while or are terrible at using a broom. I wish I could get my money back but didnt want to argue for it and to find a new hotel after driving 6 hours. My mothwrs room had food crumbs all they the sheets and pubic hair as well. They moved us to a new room thankfully and the sheets looked better but we went to Walmart for antibacterial wash and cleaner. Anyone who thinks these rooms are acceptable probably needs to work on their personal hygiene as well.

To start, our initial room had been straightened but was not properly cleaned. When we brought this to the attention of Robbie at the front desk, he was extremely professional and apologetic. She immediately addressed the issue and moved us to another room without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. The next morning, I stopped by the front desk and was assisted by Ashley, along with the front desk supervisor Marrissa. Both were incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure our concerns were fully resolved. While we were having breakfast in the food court, Ashley even came over to personally inform me that the hotel manager, Meaghan, was available at the desk. After speaking with Meaghan, it was clear that she is dedicated to providing top-tier customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of, and her professionalism truly stood out. Because of the outstanding efforts of Robbie, Ashley, Marrissa, and Meaghan, we will definitely be staying here again. They are true professionals, and I only hope their level of service can be duplicated throughout the entire location. WDA

Be prepared to hand your ID when entering. I find this odd and annoying as have others who have complained about it. The Pros: Friendly security staff, bartenders (although a bit slow sometimes to make eye contact) Free EV charging Free entertainment e.g. live bands/DJs No additional charge to watch live PPV events (just get there early if you want to sit) The Cons: You can no longer purchase a drink at the lobby/food hall and bring it back into the gaming area. This changed when an incident occurred with hotel guests taking alcohol past security. You have to show your ID to get back into the gaming area if you decide to purchase food/drinks at the lobby/food hall. Crabtastic, avoid this place do not waste your time, even the employees state that the food is terrible. Overall if you want to part ways with your money stop by, just know that this is not a casino as there are no table games just slots.

I've stayed at multiple Comfort Inns across the country without any issues -- but this particular…read morelocation was a different story. I called to request a room change because the King room was clearly listed online at the same rate I was already paying -- not just on third-party sites, but directly on the Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels website. Despite this, the staff refused to honor the rate, claiming "prices are subject to change." That would make sense if the rate had actually changed -- but it hadn't. This felt like a lazy excuse or poor customer service training. Let's be clear: this isn't a luxury boutique hotel where you expect inconsistencies -- it's Comfort Inn. Consistency is the brand promise. Unfortunately, this location failed to deliver. I didn't come here to argue or play games -- I came to rest, recharge, and be treated with the same basic courtesy I've received at other Comfort Inns. If you're looking for a seamless, professional stay near Quantico, you may want to consider other options until this property gets its customer service in order

There's not enough current reviews for this hotel, but i know its been here forever. Since i used…read moreYelp to decide where to stay in this area, I wanted to help those who were looking for a place to stay on a temporary basis. I found myself needing a room for the hotel and this one was closest to where I needed to go. For a clean place to stay, this was worth the price. I got a king size bed for myself for just over 100/night, which these days is pretty good. The room was clean. Ultimately, this is low frills. The internet was spotty and not very good. The network went down for a couple hours. When it was up, it was okay at best and slow at other times. An issue which I don't really fault the hotel, but should mention was that on Friday evening, I came back with a friend who was also staying at the hotel, but had not checked in yet. The doors are locked after hours so she might have had issues if i had not been with her. The attendant was nowhere near the front desk but when i glanced around the corner, i found him at the end of the hall. He signaled to me that he would be right with me. When he came back, he indicated to me that the guy he was dealing with was very creepy, but did not give me any details. Later that evening, like at 4am, the fire alarm was activated. I found out later from the same attendant that the sketchy guy was the one who pulled the fire alarm and was ultimately arrested by the cops. Other than the really loud alarm in the middle of the night, noise was not an issue. I don't blame the hotel for this, but one should note that this hotel has taken precautions on what I assume to be some questionable activities in the area (by locking the doors at night). So, although the hotel was not at fault, one should be wary of the area. Other reviews from nearby hotels have stated some criminal activity. I saw that review on the Red Roof Inn across the street, so one should be wary. My only issue was the sundries they give you were very small. The shampoo bottle is barely enough for one use. Bottom line, this is a good place to stay for the price you pay, however, if you don't need to stay in this particular neighborhood, I would not.

Our stay in this facility, along with one at another Red Roof the night before, have convinced us…read moreto reluctantly give up on the Red Roof brand we have preferred in our travels for many years. I am sure there are plenty of branches in the chain that would live up to our expectations, but these two did not, so the chain is no longer reliable enough to count on. The older couple on duty when we checked in were fine. Especially the wife, who is obviously the brains of the operation when they are working, and who is helpful and pleasant. We got our room key (only one key card for two of us, oddly enough), but when we stepped into the room we were knocked back by the small of cigarettes. I am sure cigarette smells are difficult to eradicate from a room, but I am not convinced any effort had been made in this case. So I went back to the front desk and the woman helpfully grabbed her master key and we went in search of a suitable room. The first one we checked was having ceiling work done, she remembered, and the next one turned out to be occupied, so we tried a third room and I didn't smell cigarette, so that was the winner. We settled in. There were a couple of small issues right out of the gate, such as there being no coffeemaker. You know, those tiny one-cup things hotels seem to use nowadays? We don't make dreadful coffee with them, but they are handier than using a microwave to heat water to make our own hot drinks. Also, the toilet didn't flush efficiently, so a second flush was often required to get the job done. But later in the evening a worse problem evolved: a multiple dripping water leak from the ceiling near the interior door to the hallway. It was dripping in three places and the plaster looked like it had been repaired already for such a leak previously. I went down to the lobby and the old gentleman was there. He asked if we wanted a new room because maintenance wouldn't be able to look at it until the next morning. I said we could live with it if it didn't get worse as it was not in our living space but just next to the door. I asked if they wanted to look at it and maybe put a bucket down. Plus I suspected it was related to a shower being taken and they could see exactly where it was leaking. But he just asked a couple more times if we wanted a new room, so I figured we had reached the end of our conversation. I reiterated that we were fine and went back to the room. Later on the drip stopped, as I had surmised it would. I think the woman would have wanted to do more, but who knows? So this wasn't a tragedy for just one night, but as I said, it feels like the Red Roof brand is not up to the standard when we started using it when we traveled with pets many years ago.

This hotel was dark, dirty, and run down. And that's just the exterior in lobby. Thankfully, I did…read morenot experience any of the actual rooms because they had a water pipe burst and didn't have any rooms available. The man at the front desk apologized and said I would get a full refund. However, when I called the company to request my refund, they did not want to give it to me. And in fact, tried to accuse me of never showing up for my reservation. So I am currently battling to get my money back.
