Well, at least I can keep some cold drinks in the fridge.... DOH!!

Well, I read a couple of reviews that said that their rooms were clean. I must've got the only dirty one. The woman that checked me in was very friendly, so that's good. My room was next to another one that must've had 20 people staying in it cuz every time I saw someone come out of the room it was someone I didn't recognize. This must be the local "one hour rate" motels. One of the guys who checked in looked like a normal guy. When I glanced in his car it looked like he had a crackhead prostitute in the car. She kept putting on her coat and then taking it off. I don't know why, it was freaking 95 degrees outside at 10 pm. She had makeup on but her face looked like Skeletor. Well, I guess that doesn't have anything to do with the motel but I thought I'd mention it anyways. Well, in conclusion, if I just left the bar after drinking a whole bottle of cheap whiskey I might not of noticed any of this, but since I'm here with my 14 year old and 8 year old sons I can't get drunk. Shit.

Someone dropped pink liquid...

I accidentally booked a smoking room and noticed the smell of cigarettes right away. After doing a quick wipe down of tables, and bathroom counters, I noticed that maybe the facility didn't clean the room. It looked like someone popped a fat zit in the mirror, someone might have spilled ice cream and never cleaned it up, the toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years, and the tub was badly stained. I called the front desk and asked to change the room to a non smoking room right away and he did. My next room was great. I still did my routine wipe down, but it was way cleaner than the last. It smelled clean and I was comfortable. Motel 6's renovation was a success. :)

absolutely disgusting. I had to mop the damn floor so my son would be able to crawl on it.

Disgusting. I'm really hoping Travelocity will reimburse us so we do not have to spend one more night in this place. We also have a non smoking room, even states it on the door with a picture, yet it reeks of smoke. Such a disappointment. ‍ I understand their workers probably get paid next to nothing but this is no excuse for poor housekeeping.

This place was not like other motel 6 this place was dirty had bugs in the room had no hot water and the water that did come out of the Fossett was partly coming out the pillows was smashed worn down will not go back here ever again wouldn't recommend to any decent human ither.

They had bed bugs that almost eat me alive. Plus charged a 100 a room and wouldn't refund the money or give me a new room.

They had bed bugs that almost eat me alive. Plus charged a 100 a room and wouldn't refund the money or give me a new room. Worst motel I've stayed at in 26+ years of working out of town staying in motels. I crossed the bridge and rented a room at days inn out of my own pocket. I wouldn't rent here again if I was paid to. Worst motel experience ever. I tried to leave zero stars. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Go to the other of I-10 if staying at the exit. Better yet drive to exit 194 way more choices for food and stores if you need something.

Disgusting toenails by the bed

Despite being close to the freeway there was enough white noise that we couldn't hear even though our room was really close.

Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites

I stayed here for one night about a week ago and it was ok. This hotel is by far the most expensive…read morein the area and more expensive than most Best Westerns I've been to because it's a "Plus." The one night cost me $265 after taxes and I booked a double queen room because that was the only option available at the time I made my reservation about six weeks ago. Single bed rooms have marginally lower rates and are around $230-250 per night after taxes. There are other hotels on this street with lower rates but the only reason I stayed at this hotel is because I needed one more credit to get bumped up to the next rewards level with Best Western. The Best Western "Plus" hotels are marketed as a higher tier and I'm sure some of them are, but most of the Plus hotels I've stayed at are pretty much the same as a standard Best Western (including this one) and in a couple of cases, worse than the standard. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase at the front desk but the employee at the front desk said I could grab a couple bottles of water. Breakfast is served from 6am-9am on weekdays and 7am-10am on weekends. Thy have the typical options like sausage patties, eggs, diced potatoes, cereal, fruit, granola, waffles (you have to make them yourself), bagels, toast, and a special mix of scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links, green onions, and jalapenos. The food tasted alright but the hot items were a little undercooked. The employees are nice and offered to get me something else if I needed anything. I was here for less than 12 hours because I got in really late and had to leave really early the following morning. I might stay here again, but only if I can't get a room at one of the other (cheaper) hotels nearby.

Third stay here in a couple of months and just as consistently excellent as ever. Since I went…read moreinto so much detail in the previous two reviews, I'll keep this one brief: OUTSTANDING service across the board - front desk, housekeeping, food/beverage Comfortable and CLEAN room Excellent and safe location Just not gonna stay anywhere else in CG! ___________________________________ This is an update - Well, here we are a couple of weeks after our first stay at Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites and having a great time again. You just cannot beat the level of service here. We're treated SO well. Welcomed warmly, listened to, accommodated, it's all great. Not even just the front desk staff (Pam and Elizabeth, the manager, are totally awesome), but seriously every single staff member I interacted with was helpful and welcoming. This time in a suite instead of standard king. Great room. Really spacious. CLEAN and fresh. Great location. Safe. Easy parking and easy access (low curb for luggage, wide doors, etc.). Good breakfast buffet - plenty of selection including gluten-free options, not only pretty good food but good coffee and not only do they offer decaf, but it's GOOD decaf. And that's just the coffee in the breakfast room - there's a cool espresso machine in the lobby/dining area. Great water pressure again, good A/C, plenty of USB outlets, a nice couch and second television in the suite. I just don't see staying anywhere else in Casa Grande. And we won't. We'll continue returning here. ___________________________________ We've barely been here 24 hours but there already quite a few things we love about this Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites. I gotta start out by highlighting the amazing, outstanding service. I had to call a few days ahead of time to clarify a detail, and I'm pretty sure - in retrospect, having now met her in person, that it was Pam who handled my call, because she was pleasant and personable. Plus I called ahead the day of check-in to see if we could check in a little early and she accommodated the request cheerfully, and she turned out to be the one who checked us in. She was warm and welcoming, and the check-in experience was flawless. And I had several interactions with her after check in, each one pleasant and helpful. But even housekeeping (you heard me - yes, housekeeping, and we're only here for two nights) staff were friendly and helpful. I returned to the room to find housekeeping finishing up the room, no big deal, so I went downstairs to hang out in the lobby and planned to go back up in 10-15 minutes to see if the room was finished. Not FIVE minutes later, Pam comes over to let me know that the room was ready. Housekeeper called her to let her know, and she let ME know, in turn. WOW! Who does that? That is knock-your-socks-off service! Now, the details. - Hotel overall and the room itself are clean and even fresh-smelling. - USB outlets at the bedside and one on the work desk - strong WiFi - Free parking - Great location (not only central but nicer area that feels safe) - Complimentary breakfast - Cool espresso machine in the lobby - Spacious room - Excellent water pressure in the shower (and sink) - Not only a microwave, but a virtually full size refrigerator - MUCH bigger than the standard mini-fridge. And colder. You can comfortably store food/leftovers and beverages in it. - Cool window blinds - Air conditioning worked really well Areas for improvement - just one for me, and this is personal preference; the mattress was a little soft for me, and the pillows a little small, so the mattress slid out away from the headboard as I sat up to watch TV a couple of times. Not the end of the world, but a minor inconvenience. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Casa Grande.

My family had to vacate our home for 24 hours on Saturday, as the house was being fumigated. This hotel is located near where we live, and between the businesses that my boys work for, so it was convenient and the price was right. It was very important to stay at a pet friendly location as well. I arrived a few hours prior to their standard check in time. It was going to be very hot that day and I couldn't just hang out somewhere without cooling shelter, it wouldn't have been safe for my animals. Thankfully there was a room available and we were able to get right in. This was a HUGE weight off my shoulders, as it was my biggest worry of the entire weekend. The lady that checked me in was so friendly, her smile lit up her entire face. She put me at ease instantly and I really appreciated her kindness. My room was clean and everything worked as expected. It was wonderful to have a place to stay out of the heat and rest our heads for the night. There is a grassy area over by the pool for my dog to do his business. (Snoop Dawgg was in the house!!!) Thankfully all the people we ran into were friendly as well, Snoop loved everybody! When I took him through the lobby to meet the gal that checked us in, she loved on him, and he loved on her. :) The boys and I walked across the lot to Denny's for dinner, and received a discount on the bill as a hotel guest. That came in very handy! After dinner we walked back to our rooms. My boys, furr kids, and I slept well in the very comfortable beds and enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday morning. This was another benefit of staying here, we could start the day with some food to give us the energy we needed back home later. Check out was very easy and I was on my way back home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone just passing through, or in a situation similar to mine. The staff is awesome, the location is perfect, the breakfast was really tasty!

I asked the kiosk person for help with the internet and she read the answer to me - restart my internet. I did it right in front of her, showed her my phone, and that it was not working and she told me again to restart the internet. When I asked when a person would be back at the hotel, she told me the person had just stepped away for a break. When I explained that the person must be on a two hour break... she read another page and explained that no one would be back and that staff had left at 1:00. The doors do not lock at night.
