At this point, the art and money were essentially both stolen from me. I've reached out countless…read moretimes after Heather again confirmed that she would ship it, only to be ignored. This is going on 3 months since I purchased the art piece and have yet to receive it, let alone be contacted by Heather at all. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and disheartening, especially when I went out of my way to support a local business and artist. On July 13th, I bought a few vinyl records and a piece of art that was on display for a local art show. Heather, the owner, was present in the store and assisted with the purchase of both. She informed me that the art show didn't end until July 31st, so if I were to buy the art, she couldn't ship it until the 1st week of August. I agreed to this and purchased the art. Obviously giving her the address where she could ship the art once the art show/exhibit was over. After not receiving the art within the first 3 weeks of August, I began calling the store, but it only goes to voicemail. I left a message and never received a call back. I sent a text to the store's number as instructed on August 24th, but that was ignored as well. Finally on August 30th, after calling each day, Heather answers the phone. She searched for the art for a few minutes, then informed me that it was "just sitting on our shelf with no info". That's odd. But regardless, she reassures me that she would ship it on the following Monday (September 1st). On September 11th, I reached out to Heather directly via a number she had given me and described as her personal cell phone. I sent the text at 5:27pm and she read it at 5:28pm. However, Heather did not reply. I've continued to call the store's phone number in hopes of speaking with her, but I only spoke with a guy once who told me to reach out to Heather's personal cell phone to get assistance with the artwork. On September 28th, I again sent Heather a text message, to which she hasn't responded.

Holy Cow! What a bunch of stuff there is in this store!…read more As anyone that has frequented or passed through downtown Centralia, you know that there is no shortage of antique shops. There are some good ones and there are some poor ones. Timeless Treasures is on the above average side of the fence. To be perfectly honest, there is SOOO much stuff in this shop that it can be overwhelming to browse. For me, it was that and I got a wee bit discombobulated by the sheer amount of product that they have. Now ... that's not to say that it isn't worth going to or isn't worth searching around; it's just that there is a lot to look through. Unfortunately, it is not very well organized and is extremely cluttered. When I have more time to look around and see what I can see, I will come back and take my time going through the aisles and shelves and tables. One display, up front, that I was particularly interested in (and I have a picture included to show part of it) was the baseball card collection and binder! Growing up, I collected hundreds of baseball cards and loved looking through them and memorizing the stats of my favorite players. Their ginormous binder of cards brought back many fond memories for me!! :-) With owners/managers that are extremely friendly & kind and prices that are reasonable & fair, I do recommend Timeless Treasures to anyone that has time to look through their stock and an eye for that "treasure" that strikes your fancy! I'll be back ... you should too!

Clutter, clutter, everywhere...but in a good way (mostly). Problem is, there's almost too much…read morestuff to make the browsing experience useful. If you've come for something specific, find the appropriate pile/section and dig in! If you just came to look, you're gonna be here a while! We were barely acknowledged as we wandered through the labyrinthine collection, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, as we didn't come in with anything in mind. Most objects were clearly labeled with a price, although I struggled to find tags on some of the books I was perusing in the upstairs area, which could be better organized, honestly; I found a few semi-intriguing titles scattered throughout, but they were not grouped together in any meaningful way, as far as I could tell, turning the whole process into a scavenger hunt. All that being said, this is probably the most exhaustive collection of antiques (sans furniture) in Centralia, so if you're up for excavating your way through layers of yesteryear's treasures, this is your best bet in the area!

I have never been so rudely spoken to in the manner I had to endear and out of all things in front…read moreof my 5 year old and 9 year old. The very first time I have ever stepped foot into a Michael's buisness/store was tonite. My children and I were minding our own, just shopping, all of a sudden a man with black hair stepped in front of me and said its time to go, I look at him cause I knew the store wasn't closed yet, and he said I need to leave and not cause a scene, I looked at him confused and I said what did we do, the man then stated "my boss caught you breaking things" I said We didn't break anything, I questioned again, what did we do & what did we break? The man again said its best you leave before there's problems, and we cause a scene. As I was walking out the lady at the registered mean mugged me and stared me down like there was no tomorrow. She has blonde/light brown long hair. As my girls and I were in Michael's store some lady, older lady with blonde/white hair up in a bun kept coming up to my girls and I asking if there was anything in particular I was looking for, I replied no and mentioned it was my very first time in the store and you have your glitter on sale buy one get one half off and that I create tumblers and I was just excited about the glitter sale. The lady again mentioned let her know and then she mentioned we have been their for awhile. Im a single mother, who recently just got into a place 7 weeks go, where recently we were homeless couch surfing for a lil over a year. I still have no idea why my children and I were targets.
