Then Mike came out and did a great job with the service - super friendly, super helpful, and took care of any questions I had. A few weeks after we got our initial service, I called Jeff with some questions and he was more than happy to help. I felt cared for as a customer and a person, and I didn't feel like I was someone they wanted to just try and extract money from. Now, a month later, our mouse problem is so much better! And we feel confident that if we have any problems again, we'll give Advantage a call immediately!

Overall, I'm super satisfied with the work they did, their responsiveness, and their price!

1 Star - Unreliable Service When It Matters Most…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Freedome Pest Control. At the beginning, everything seemed fine. They treated my property and, while there were no issues, they had no problem charging me every month. Unfortunately, when I actually needed their help again, the service completely fell apart. We started having mice again in a home with a six-month-old baby, so this was not something we could ignore or delay. I scheduled an appointment and waited a full week. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up and no one called. I only received a call an hour and a half after the appointment window, explaining that the technician had an emergency. Emergencies are understandable -- the lack of communication is not. What made this worse was that they then tried to reschedule the visit another 10 days later, despite the active pest issue and the presence of an infant in the home. When I expressed my concern and asked to cancel my membership, I was told a manager would call me. No one did. I called again the next day to cancel and was told the same thing -- that a manager would call me. Again, no call. Instead, I was told I am locked into a one-year contract. A contract for what? Paying monthly, missed appointments, no follow-up, and no accountability? This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, especially with a young baby at home. The company seems happy to take your money when everything is quiet, but disappears when there is a real problem that needs urgent attention. I would not recommend Freedome Pest Control to anyone, particularly families with small children who need reliable and responsive service.

On his last visit, he had finished up and was heading to his truck when he spotted a stunned baby bird sitting in the middle of the street. Without a second thought, he stopped to help. We moved it somewhere safe and gave it a little water, and before long its parents came back for it. It had nothing to do with pest control, but it said everything about John.
