Couldn't deliver my requested service. Needed pest removal over a long weekend and they could not be available.

We hired Mosquito Squad's "event" services for my daughter's backyard graduation party. I have mixed reviews. The people are great and easy to work with and the crew that showed up was very professional. However, we still had lots of mosquitos biting people at the party. As background, our party was held on a Friday evening, and the Squad came twice -- once on Monday and again on Friday morning (day of the party). The weather for the party was spectacular -- warm, dry air and a slight breeze. And we haven't had much rain so I assumed less water overall for mosquito breeding. Anyway, long story shorter. I think the treatment may have helped reduce the mosquitoes but it certainly didn't eliminate them. We offered guests bug spray and nearly everyone was using it. It's really hard to know if the Squad many any difference, but my working assumption is that it probably made the yard "more bearable" than without, but hard to quantify. read more

I have 2 kids and 3 dogs and we love to be outside. Two years ago I started to find ticks on the dogs and I immediately freaked out and started looking for a company who could come asap. After an intense search I came across Mosquito squad and was able to schedule an appointment only a few days later. I have to say that after just the first treatment we saw no ticks at all and the mosquitoes dropped significantly. We were able to enjoy the outdoors again. This is a wonderful company who keeps you up-to-date when they have to reschedule due to weather and promptly replies with any questions. Last year we couldn't walk outdoors without ticks immediately jumping on us and our dog, and a swarm of mosquitos following us. This year, since the Squad started coming out, we have had zero tick sightings in our yard and our dog can play outside again, while we can relax and enjoy our pool without getting constantly bitten by mosquitos. Get company to work with. Very professional and attentive to your needs. They may not be able to get all the biting bugs, but they try their very best. If the weather does not allow them to treat your yard, you will be contacted via phone and email and they will let you know when to expect them later in the week. read more
