I called a different local shop and after two days I still never heard back. I called "417 The Shop", left a message and in less than five minutes had a return call. The owner is a super nice guy, he was honest about what he could and couldn't do on this particular Friday afternoon and what would have to wait until next Monday. I was able to get done everything I needed to within the afternoon. Efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. Customer service was even above what I have experienced from many shops in the past. They even had a young man carry my freshly mounted wheels/tires out and load them up in my car for me.
