Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation…read more 1st. Service guy at the desk said my tires where a 2 or a 3 and that they weren't worth rotating. Ok, I know they are getting worn out. BUT... the tech wrote down on the inspection paperwork that they were 5's and 6's and then in another spot wrote down that they were 7's and better! Who's lying??? Did they just not want to rotate them?!?!? Minus one star!! 2nd. This was the most expensive diesel oil change I've ever gotten. We are fulltime RV'ers and get our oil changed all over the country. $125 for oil change... ehhh, ok kind of high. BUT... then charge another $24 for the labor??? Who does that?? NOBODY, EVER, ANYWHERE!!! Minus another star!! 3rd. The hood of my truck has about a 2" x 1/2" gash (with dent) in it which wasn't there before I brought it in. Did anyone bother to tell me?? NO! Someone knew they did it and didn't have the balls to at least report it! Minus another star!! 4th. Car wash lady did a great job! One of the 2 stars is for her!!! Just avoid.

Originally I came just because they were the only dealer with the model and features I wanted but also $15000.00 less than any other dealer in 300 miles radius, I checked! I had been looking for months and was being very picky about features, cost and build quality. My hat off to RAM, I almost walked away after having bought a complete lemon that eas pretty but junk and highly disappointing. RAM fixed every single thing wrong on my new 2017 which was so disappointing. They really pulled it out and delivered a great truck. Back to the dealer; at this point I had dozens of dealers and some downright evil sales people hounding me, lying, etc and I won't spend much time on that. But this dealer was straight up, honest and didn't pull any tricks or treat me poorly either. I was emailing and calling them a lot because they were so far away. They were patient but not pestering. There was a pricing error on one of the websites (not theirs but the factory version) they straightened it out and we moved forward. It only took me minutes to decide about the truck, I'd already driven dozens and knew exactly what I was looking for. My sales guy was professional, not to personal or probing. After awhile we warmed up to each other and because friendly at the right time. The trade in for my pretty 2017 was fair if not a little less than other dealers but as I said they beat the price by $15,000 from anywhere else with the same features I was after. The process to get through finance was ok, it's never great anywhere. But they did not try and get me to buy extra stuff or insurance. They worked with me to get the financing I wanted without strong arming me. They offered some of the extra stuff like paint seal and extended warranty but it was brief and no pressure. I honestly would buy here again, I trusted them and I felt respected. Last, they also sell boats and vacation real estate out of the same dealership which gave it a quirky small town vibe I liked. I literally will drive three hours for honest respectful service, I got it here, thanks!

The 2025 Lincoln Aviator requires tires with 33 psi in the front and 40 psi in the rear. When they rotated front to rear, they did not bother resetting the tire pressers to their correct values. Shabby work for sure.
