Elena Novak was the PA & she was so wonderful! with her & Alex in the room they distracted me with friendly conversation so my procedure was over quickly. they both made sure i was comfortable & Elena gave me clear & easy verbal aftercare instructions. i do wish they gave your a physical summary and/or receipt but they said that would be emailed to me. when i made the appointment i was told i would receive an email where i could verify my appointment but i did not receive it. i literally just left the appointment so hopefully i'll receive something via email in the next couple days. i did verify my email & it is correct so that would be my only issue. what is more important though, is that i was taken care of & my medical issue has been addressed. all the staff here is great! my appointment took about an hour, maybe a little less. the young lady who checked me out/took my payment was also nice. thank you HK!

My mom has been going to this practice for years, so I decided to stay with a surgeon whom my mom has trust for her breast augmentations. I went to my consultation, brought my mom for the support. During my consultation, he gave great advice and the cost of the surgery, which was very affordable. I called a few weeks later and told them I was ready to schedule. They got me in as soon as I was available. Kara in the front is so helpful, super friendly, and bubbly. She made me very comfortable, as well as Dr. Moser, since the first day I met him. Fast forward a few days before surgery i called and bombarded them with TONS of questions I had prior to the surgery where all my questions were answered. I then received a call the day before from my CRNA for my pre op directions. Her name is Lindsay. Sweet gal who made me feel so comfortable and at ease as I was nervous and my anxiety was a bit high,I absolutely loved her. My body finally produced some Basil Cells and I needed to undergo some surgery to get rid of them. I was operated on by Dr. Joseph Spanogle and his team of nurses. Surgery is never fun, but they made it such a wonderful experience. He communicates well as does his nurses making me feel at ease and not at all in the dark about what is going on. They removed all of the Basil Cells and I'm very happy with the whole procedure. Naturally, I don't hope for a return to this type of surgery, but if I do, I'm going back to this clinic and hopefully Dr. Spanogle.

I was deciding between a couple different doctors with different lipo techniques and ultimately landed on Tumescent Lipo with Dr. Klein because of the minimal downtime, local anesthesia (instead of general) and most importantly the fantastic results that I could expect. It didn't hurt that Dr. Klein actually invented the Tumescent Lipo technique! I must say, I was not one bit disappointed with my decision. The day of the procedure I felt zero pain and was fully relaxed. My case was actually a bit harder because I had gotten CoolSculpt in the past and as a result, had scar tissue throughout my abdomen. Dr. Klein spent the extra time necessary to make sure my results were perfect. I am two days post procedure and could not be happier with the results!!!
