    Went in with my ps5 in December of 2024, to try to get my hdmi port fixed because it was not…read moreconnecting to my tv. When I got there I was not greeted with much kindness, they said they would fix it and it cost $215. A few days later I got my ps5 back and it worked until about a week ago, towards the end of August 2025. The receipt I got said it was good for a 1 year warranty, but when I called they said it was only for 90 days. So I took it to a new place (Computer Reboot) and they said they will fix it. they sent me pictures of how the other place had it looking and how the new place fixed it and said that CPR did a terrible job, i definitely will not be going here for anything again.

    Now called CPR. Went in with a cracked screen. I fell on a sharp rock and cracked it well enough…read morethat a spot went dead and left lines through the screen. The KID took 3 hours, but he had a massive repair before me. When I went back, my screen didn't work. It worked well enough before, but now it wouldn't work at all. He said it was "due to the dust" that the board broke. I've had this screen fixed before, no issues. He broke my phone and wouldn't admit it. Then he had the audacity to offer a Samsung phone for $100 when I had an iPhone. I then proceeded to ask where the nearest USCellular store was at, "just down a ways" he said. I nearly jumped the counter! How was I supposed to find it when I had no cellphone due to him?! Turns out "down a ways" is just behind the building, across the street. Kid didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all.
