Went in with my ps5 in December of 2024, to try to get my hdmi port fixed because it was not connecting to my tv. When I got there I was not greeted with much kindness, they said they would fix it and it cost $215. A few days later I got my ps5 back and it worked until about a week ago, towards the end of August 2025. The receipt I got said it was good for a 1 year warranty, but when I called they said it was only for 90 days. So I took it to a new place (Computer Reboot) and they said they will fix it. they sent me pictures of how the other place had it looking and how the new place fixed it and said that CPR did a terrible job, i definitely will not be going here for anything again. read more

Now called CPR. Went in with a cracked screen. I fell on a sharp rock and cracked it well enough that a spot went dead and left lines through the screen. The KID took 3 hours, but he had a massive repair before me. When I went back, my screen didn't work. It worked well enough before, but now it wouldn't work at all. He said it was "due to the dust" that the board broke. I've had this screen fixed before, no issues. He broke my phone and wouldn't admit it. Then he had the audacity to offer a Samsung phone for $100 when I had an iPhone. I then proceeded to ask where the nearest USCellular store was at, "just down a ways" he said. I nearly jumped the counter! How was I supposed to find it when I had no cellphone due to him?! Turns out "down a ways" is just behind the building, across the street. I had a couple of minor cracks in my cell phone screen protector. I went to get the cracked screen protector replaced but they didn't carry the 10.00 screen protectors like they used to. The "lovely person" behind the counter rook off my old protector and damaged it totally. No offer to replace it even though HE had destroyed my old screen protector. He tried to sell me the 40 dollar screen protector but I declined. I got the feeling this was on purpose in order to get me buy the $40 screen protector. This business had treated me well ever since they started, but this experience was embarrassing and insulting. I will call the management but I think that unethical employee behavior is a result of unethical ownership and management. I will welcome an apology for being treated like a fool and a replacement for the screen protector the employee destroyed. read more

Let me start by saying, I actually created an account and business just to write this review. I would give 0 stars if possible. I took my iPhone in because I cracked the screen. The man working said I needed a new battery and it would be cheaper to get it fixed while the screen was off, so I agreed. He also recommended this "great case" for my phone, so I got it(very expensive). An hour later I get my phone back and it immediately starts freezing. It got so bad and my battery kept dying faster then before. I took it back and asked them to fix it and "they did". My battery is still messed up and my phone continues to freeze and I don't want to take it back because they did such a terrible job. I would make sure nobody ever goes here, spend the extra few dollars and go to a place that will do the job right the first time. read more
