Kellis Clean Korners didn't judge, make us feel gross, offered help and travelled to make our apartment feel new again. On other occasions the same situation happened and they were there again. Mulch was quoted for full yard and then multiple trees were not mulched. When we asked him to redo the work he did not do and discuss the hours worked- he threatened legal action for payment. Unfortunately, communication and appropriate billing are not a strong suit. I would guarantee you review multiple times with him what work you want done and do not enter contract for per hour worked.

But I only heard about it b/c I texted them first. I was then lectured in his next text that life happens and emergencies occur. Of course it does. Garrett is about 26 yrs old I think & I am more than 2x his age. Yes, I know life happens. But his job as a professional was to call me or text me immediately when he knew he could not make our agreed-upon appointment today. But he's young so I suggest you give him a chance.
