They have different sized washers which made the price vary. Their dryers were huge and could easily accomate comforters and priced at $1.50 per load. I like it. This is how i imagine a good laundromat should be. There are also sufficient seating. However they have limited tables and baskets probably around 6-7 total. The place was not packed with people too. I like that. It gets noisy. They have 1 tv that i noticed. I brought my laptop and did some paper errands at a desk table and my wash and dry load was completed in about 1hr - wash (26min), dry (35min), then manually folded. Highly recommended. On google review, this place goes by laundry plus. Same address though.

I'm in the area weekly for work, and will do my best to avoid this Laundry Plus location next time. Without exaggeration, this establishment is filthy! Oddly, the restroom is the cleanest area in the building. On a positive note, their wash costs are reasonable. However, I'd rather pay more and have a clean place to sit for 2 hours.

I called to make sure it was in stock and available and the gentleman in the phone was extremely helpful. I rented a yard brush that is typically used to sweep gravel out of grass. I used it to sweep the acorns out of my yard this spring. It worked fantastic. They provided me with a small gas can that already had the gas oil mix in it so that was helpful. I'll be going to them for any future rental needs.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was so unbelievably…read moreunprofessional, unethical, and hostile that I feel obligated to warn others. A few years ago, I rented heavy equipment from this business to remove trees on my property and paid extra for their rental protection plan specifically to avoid major liability concerns. When I returned the equipment, I was honest about the damage that had occurred and fully disclosed everything upfront. I was told they would assess the situation and follow up. Instead, weeks later, I received a bill for several thousand dollars with no prior communication, explanation, or courtesy call. When I called for clarification, I was given an explanation over the phone and asked to come in if I wanted to better understand the charges. Upon arriving, what should have been a simple customer service conversation quickly turned into one of the most hostile and arrogant business interactions I've ever experienced. During my discussion with the store manager, another employee--later identified as Josh Bresson, believed to be the owner's son--abruptly inserted himself into the conversation in an aggressive, rude, and confrontational manner. Despite my calm and respectful approach, he treated me as though I was there to deceive or attack them. His behavior was arrogant, hostile, and completely unacceptable. Over the following months, I was harassed with repeated billing attempts, excessive fees, rude messages, and eventually an unauthorized charge of several thousand dollars placed on my credit card without my approval. When confronted, Josh doubled down with threats, boasting that his contract was "bulletproof," that he had "never lost in court," and aggressively implied I had no chance of winning. Well, we went to court--and he lost. The judge ruled in my favor, confirming that the damages were in fact covered under the rental protection plan I had purchased from the beginning. This entire ordeal demonstrated a shocking level of dishonesty, intimidation tactics, and predatory business behavior. Rather than honoring their agreement, they attempted to bully and financially pressure a customer who had acted honestly from day one. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business here: read everything carefully, document every interaction, and be prepared for an experience that may be far more about intimidation than customer service. Professionalism, integrity, and ethical treatment of customers appear to be severely lacking here.

I picked it up Tuesday morning and the dress was spotless! And they only charged me $17.00! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They saved the bridesmaid for sure! Thank you!

I believe the size of the washers are exaggerated. They're way smaller than any other laundromat…read moreI've ever been to all over the US. With that being said, the prices are very expensive for the actual size. What they call a 4.5 load is really a triple loader for $6!!!! Jesus! The dryers start out $1.75 for 24 min and on med heat the clothes were so hot I could barely touch them. I took them out half way through and added my other laundry that was done on in the dryers I still had time on. One dryer stopped several times and then would restart. One of the washers took $3.25 and said machine starting but never did. Your on camera 24/7 and I've read where they don't hesitate to call the law in you but do not have a phone number to contact them to get a stolen refund. If you are going to have a 24/7 business then you should be God have someone available to assist with things that go wrong. At least answer your phone and add voicemail but thieves don't do what right. I think theft charges should be handed out to the owners. I'm not the only one they stole from. Walmart will have you arrested for a lipstick stolen so what's the difference. I did a background check and found the owners and phone number but no answer yet they called me back when I acted fraudulent like them texting saying I was looking for a job. Busted idiots! So tomorrow lots of phone calls and one to the police for theft. Scumbag!
