Only pays 3 cent per can we have to pay 5 cent per can for deposit so we have to lose 2 cent per can i feel robbed

The people are rude. The sign says they are open but nobody's there and we are left standing in line not knowing what's going on. We show up yesterday when the sign says they are open.. unload the cans and some old man yells... We are closed. This business sucks. read more

The redemption place on Nevada (east side) is probably the best. They have only certain hours and are closed weekends. You may have to wait in line. They take their sweet time counting cans which can test your patience. Make sure you have plenty of time and plenty of cans otherwise it's not worth the wait standing in line! read more

Poor service. Randomly shut down for lunch. People left standing in parking lot.. too bad no other place available in Eaterloo.
