As if the situation wasn't already crappy enough, this was the only key I had to my car. After searching the Internet tirelessly, it seemed I only had two choices to get my car running again. Choice #1: Have my car towed to the nearest dealership. Choice #2: Find a locksmith that not only had the equipment to program the computer chip in the fob, but that was also willing to come to where my car was. The closest dealership happened to be in Springfield and I was in a small river town in Iowa. Choice 1 was going to get expensive fast! Choice 2 seemed to be the best option but the locksmith in my town didn't have the equipment to program the chip. So back to the Internet I went and there I found A-1 Security & Lock Service in Quincy. Not only were they willing to make the 45 minute drive to me, they had the equipment to cut a new key and program the computer chip as well!! It actually took less that 45 minutes! They were professional and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for their services. The situation I was in could easily have cost me some SERIOUS CASH! In upwards of $500 or even more. With their cost of $1 a mile and cutting 2 new keys and programming them I spent $190. However I did purchase the 2 key blanks with blank computer chips in them from Amazon which I do not suggest doing. There is a chance that the aftermarket key you purchase from the Internet will not program. Then you will be left with a useless key and the charges for A-1's services and the amount of purchasing another key that will work. A-1 is able to get the key you need, so just buy yours from them. I got lucky that mine did work. A-1 was professional, on time and like superheroes to me in my situation. I hope this review can help someone out there in the same situation because I know there are others out there trying to figure out what to do.

On May 11, 2024 I purchased a 46 gun safe for over $5,000. Due to the fires and floods in Ruidoso…read morein June & July it was not delivered to us until August because the delivery truck left it in the Walmart parking lot since the town had been evacuated. The safe sat there, in the rain, for 3 weeks during more flooding until the next moving company that Glory Safes hired could pick it up and store it for them until we could take delivery. The floods continued. Months later we received a bill for $1,500 for storage of the safe. When it finally was delivered the moving company had it in the back of a pickup truck and there was very little protective packaging left. The safe had leaves in it and numerous scars, dents, gashes, scratches and rust plus the door was ajar and hit a young black employee of the movers that Glory Safe hired. The movers couldn't close it. We could hardly believe our eyes so we took pictures and were very nervous of the comedy of errors that were about to happen. Yes, they dropped it three times, first when the dolly completely gave away and ball bearings went everywhere. Next they dropped it flat on the floor damaging our Saltillo tile. Later, the safe fell and pinned another young man against the wall hurting his leg. At this time, we tried to refuse delivery but Liz at Glory Safe's customer service advised us that all would made as good as new and that they would file an insurance claim for the damaged floor which we did receive compensation. However, it has been over a year now and we still cannot close the door without an extra person to help push. The inside nails were all rusted from the rain so the pistol holder and wall just hang and flap and won't hold gun. We have contacted Old Glory numerous times over the past year and they will not call us back or respond.
