Before installing the glass, he eyeballed it one more time and realized the database was wrong (glad he could spot that before he took off the old windshield). This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield. He came over within 10 minutes of our conversation, was incredibly pleasant as I talked his ear off while he was fixing the chip, even wore a mask which I was very impressed with as people seem to be relaxing with the masks ( I sincerely appreciated him being safe) and it only took 10 minutes. I'm assuming the price was reasonable as I have never gotten this done before and never priced it with another company. As well, he guarantees his work. They treat everybody the same Chad Bruening has been to our house, not once, but twice to look at our fireplace and help us make a good decision for the size of our house. He spent a lot of time with us took measurements showed us which stove would work for our house. At first we were looking at fireplace inserts and then decided on a wood stove, he spent a lot of time on the features of the product and how easy it would be to operate. I truly think this is a great company. I'm very happy that we have them close to our home. Thank you so much to everyone that works there at Bruening heating. Great products at a good value. He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I like and trust this company and I would recommend them to anybody. They saved me potentially 10s of thousands of dollars. After over a week, I get a text message asking me to review the services they provided. So I contacted them. They told me my project was too big for them even though is was just a repair after a sewer back up. All the cleaning and treating had already been done by Servpro. I just needed someone to put my floors back in. They weren't going to notify me that they turned down the job. They were literally leaving me in limbo waiting when they knew right away I needed to contact someone else. Now I'm further behind in my repairs because of the time they wasted of mine. If you want to get your project done in a timely manner, contact a different business even if you have to reach out to a further away one.
