He got me into the car to tend to my dogs, but the lock system is so thorough that the only way to access the trunk was to make another key. He tried for some time to help me. Desperate, I called our contractor to come pick me up as the fee with the proposed lock making was more expense. The locksmith spent his valuable time and gas trying with great effort to access the trunk for keys and he did get me into the main part with dogs. I was not charged and I appreciate so much what was done for me and my dogs. This is a prompt service and this locksmith was so kind to me.​

The locksmith (he goes by Alex or Sasha) kept asking about where I like to go out and what music I like. When I said I'm a homebody because I didn't want to give him that info, he said that it's okay since he knows where I live now. It was by far one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had, as well as feeling scammed after because of the price bait and switch. I would never recommend these people, and I didn't feel comfortable in MY OWN HOME until I changed my locks entirely to keyless ones that can't be picked.

I had told him on the phone that my dog was in the car so when he was there within ten minutes I was happy. When it took him over a half hour to unlock a door, I was no longer happy. He was unable to push the lock with one of his tools and ended up making a key. After determining the numbers needed to make the key, he had the numbers wrong and had to go through the process again. I mentioned a few times about it getting warm for the dog. He didn't respond and his laid back, slow approach made me use every ounce of patience I had. He even stopped and gave very detailed directions to someone. Canton is not big enough to need very detailed directions to get anywhere! I am thankful that he finally did get the door open. I also now have an extra key that doesn't have a thick end so it will fit in my card holder (after asking for the key he made and being a little confused on why he didn't offer it and pocketed it instead.) My entire experience in Canton was odd and all I did was stop and get gas. It could almost equate to a Stephen King novel. I don't think I will stop there again when driving through the area.

It was 14° outside. Bruce came over quickly , on a holiday. He was able to identify the issue which was to replace the bolt but he also had to move the strike plate and some other tactics so that the dead bolt would lock smoothly . The regular lock was also not hitting correctly due to house shifting -he fixed that one too. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars but it was VERY reasonable .
